If we were to motorize it for a river, it would need to be a stern motor so it would kick up when contacting rocks, submerged wood, or the river bed. A bow mount would be a liability on shallow rivers.
Floor is so narrow, it's very uncomfortable to keep your feet so close together all day. The bigger Ultimate is the same. It's a shame since the boat is so wide, the narrow designe doesn't make sense.
I pick up my Unlimited and a 260 aquabound paddle tomorrow. Can't wait to get back on the water. Thanks for the vid.

Looks like it paddles and glides through the water pretty good, especially for how wide it is.

What happens when your dragging it through rocks and skipping across gravel, does the bottom get all scratched up and compromised?
All kayaks get scratched, that's part of running river.

The U10 is a huge upgrade overall from the F10 imo. Unless you find a F10 for a heck of a deal, I would go for the fully featured and updated U10.
How much more stable is this kayak compared to the coosa x, bite, and mica or ultimate?

How do you think this would track with the xi3?
The neat thing about the front-mounted XI3 is it pulls. That means whatever direction the motor is facing, the kayak will follow nicely.
