good grief 0_0 i am sewing things as a hobby and watching this, i couldn't even close my mouth in awe 0_0 the precision and quality inspite of that speed are INSANE!! i was wondering if this was their original standard speed to work or if they wether slowed down for better visibility in the video or perhaps, in contrary, if they tried to be extra fast in the video as of being pretentious? good grief, i am amazed.
They work to death. Watch videos about it. Impressive because expected 💯%. Faster, better...at human costs. But yes I too am awed. I also know the price of perfection. 😢🇨🇦🙋✨🙏🌷🌷🌷
While watching, I could not help but wonder what the founders of this company would think of the machines and processes their company uses today. Some of those purpose-built machines, and the workers too, were amazing.
Those are good quality schools uniform 👍 I like the details on both of them they look nice. The first time i seen a blazer jacket it was blue do they have class a reunion 😀✌️❤️
Wow, I'm blown away by how the factory is huge, spacious, and high tech. But each uniform costs about 40k yen. It's a lot of work, but I guess that's the price of a quality product not made in China or a developing country.
40k Yen equals what in terms of exchange? Well conversion says Canadian, 😊 $370. Plus taxes at 12% seems quite good for the entire uniform for a years use. Give it take price.
@@PPaxP I don't think the conversion should be factored in. It's a Japanese product that will mostly be used by Japanese students. 40K is roughly $400 in local terms and 10% sales tax. You can buy a lot of clothes for that same amount of money. Even a decent adult suit costs less. Almost any clothing can be used for many years if you buy the right material and take care of it.
@@SpartanFarron I am fully aware of all this. Ty. 62 here lols...🥴🙋🇨🇦😻 I too have Google. Cheers.✌️ Conversion of currency takes seconds online. There are exchange students to consider who pay in advance too. Just as those who arrive in other countries.
Very nice work. I know that they will be worn by very smart Japanese school students! I think that all Japanese students are very well behaved and orderly. Those 'sailor' school uniforms are adorable!
I'm quite surprised and amazed, school uniforms stiches by a branded company!!? So only one company in Japan and they make uniform? Great know. Amazing 🙏.
Very impressive work, kudos to every single worker involved in the process and whoever invented and put all the machinery together! Got a question for whoever is in the know: at 3:29 (embroidering) the fabric is not secured at all at the borders. Isn't this a concern for the embroidery jamming the fabric in the uneven manner? Especially at the borders close to the embroidered part, is the fabric secured enough anywhere else not to slide towards the heavier side?
I'm curious about the price and fabric material. In Korea, the practice of selling low-quality fabrics at several times higher prices has been a problem since 40 years ago. It's not being fixed at all. I wonder what other countries are like.
Well….. Japanese has did. a lot of things to the Korean, from building schools and teaching how to read and write. Things that people don’t know about this topic.

That speed is normal for a factory. In fact it is quite slow when compared to automated machinery.

After all those high tech machines and modern production , the amount of skilled hand work is impressive.

The sailor uniform takes me back to 1984-1988, when I studied at a British high school. Great years. Thank you. 🙏

Yes but you do things that others can not also. Even if it is mouth bubbles created. You are also gifted. 🧁🌟🙋🇨🇦💥💯💥
The seifuku are very high quality made! Nothing beats Japan.
