Enchilada recipe!
Ingredients:
Cream of mushroom
Cream cheese
Green Chile (about 2 or 3)
Corn tortillas
Cheese
Chicken
Salt and pepper
Onion powder
Instructions
Add cream cheese, cream of mushroom and green Chile to blender. You could add a little bit of water depending on how thick you want your sauce. Then add salt, pepper and onion powder, I don’t measure the amount I just eye ball it. Then blend these together until there’s no chunks. Warm up tortillas or fry them which ever you prefer then add shredded chicken and roll them up like a burrito on an oven safe dish. Add the sauce on top and cheese then pop the enchiladas in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes

Wow, it’s so awesome that Luis contributes with household stuff! We have 3 kids but my husband doesn’t do dishes or take out trash of give baths or anything so I think that’s amazing!
