- Опубликовано: 3 дек 2019
- This is Balazs' first nano planted tank in 10 years... Made to be set up in his own kitchen! He did not compromise with this one, tried to put in his best into it. See how the aquascape in the 45P aquarium turned out and wait for his wife's reaction at the end. This is a funny and educational journey for all - who would like to build the best low-maintenance but high-tech tank for their home or office.

I was surprised you didn't have any tanks at home but then when I saw what a production it was just to get the water in the tank I understood! Your wife's reaction at the end was so cute.
Haha, it's much easier to get the water in, after I installed the system. I'll show it to you guys in a couple of weeks, the water change takes 10 minutes altogether.
I love how organic your videos are, you guys manage to give so much information and keep us entertained thanks you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I thought this guy had a lot of aquariums at home when i first started watching and subbed at greenaqua
Well, I do now. I've got 15 tanks at Green Aqua, very difficult job to keep them all in shape and do videos for you guys. For example, I had a 17 hour workday yesterday. How can you do anything besides that? 😇😅
@@GreenAquaShop 17 hours?? Holy Christ! Pace yourself man! But at least you have sg to show for it and have instilled a love for aquascaping for many of us. And your store kicks ass!
Thanks man, well most do not know how much work goes into producing these videos, it takes a toll on many of us, but your appreciation will compensate for that. Thanks for the support man!
@@GreenAquaShop 17 hour work day is normal in the film world :)
@@GreenAquaShop how can I control green algae on rocks and glass. Once the green algae started to show up and spread my hydrocotyle tripartita started losing all its leaves.i usually see green algae forms very easily on rocks and I m scared to use rocks as hardscape ever since two of my experience I don't know what m doing wrong. Light and co2 -4hrs have had great results.
nice video!
My wife's reaction would be " WHAT? ANOTHER FISH TANK? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?"
Haha, if she has one in the kitchen that she wants, it's gonna be a different reaction. Get her a Biorb or something to her office or kitchen, etc.
Mine would add ' and in the kitchen! Get this OUT NOW!' 😂
She will realize that it is good to look at something natural while cooking...
My new 5gal is going next to the coffeepot in our kitchen so hubby can enjoy when he makes coffee for me in the mornings :) gotta get him hooked on that one before I break the news that I want to setup the two 55s in the basement (and need all new hardscape, plants and filters!).
I didn't expect Balazz has no aquarium at home but still, I love the video; cool scape! More power to Green Aqua!
Green Aqua is my home really, with 15 tanks. 😜
@@GreenAquaShop well said :)
I’m so surprised that you didn’t already have any tanks at home. Great to see Cinescaper as well, you guys really push the production of aquascape videos.
Cool! Mission accomplished. The Cinescaper is a great guy, we have him visiting Green Aqua at times.
Beautiful tank Balazs. Thanks a million for sharing your personal experience with us. You have a beautiful family and im so glad that are now part of your hobby!
Thanks so much Shawn, that is very good to read - that you are now part of the hobby, I'm sure your tank is beautiful!
Balazs !! How do you manage to stay so cheerful and happy always ?! I really appreciate that a lot about you. You emit positivity. This video was special to me because I was always curious about you at the back of my mind. Great Work Team Green Aqua !!
I'm probably not cheerful all the time, but I try to be positive and give you the most of me in these little films. Thanks for watching, and supporting us!
Oooh so sweet 🙂 beautiful tank Balazs, really good idea 😉 Your wife is beautiful!😘 Thanks for sharing🙏
Thanks for the nice comment. She is. Cheers.
As always. Your videos are full of color, warmth, humility, creativity and depth. Thank you for another great video!!!
You are welcome, thanks for the great comment.
I wanteto see wife's reaction when she sees the massive cylinder of CO2 on the counter :) ;)
Haha, she did not even discover it until the next day. She asked me where it is? 🤪
🤣
And the wire under the cupboard door!
it's behind the pumpkin, she will never see it!!
hehehe
Thank you so much for sharing this snippet of your personal life. Your own tank! Now that is awesome! I'm glad you and your wife have something beautiful to enjoy together in your home.
Absolutely. It is very very cool to have a tank again. I needed this. GA has become my second home, but I had to come back to the beginnings.
wife says "why dont we have an aquarium at home?"... game on!!!
Yeah. :D
Wow! What an amazing tank. I'm so inspired by your videos.
Now you need to keep us updated on how it thrives and what sort of routine maintenance you need to perform to keep it looking so beautiful.
You are an artist and your love of your work really shows in everything you make.
Big shout out to your team of assistants that are behind the scene. They are lucky to watch you work! 🙂
Thanks so much for the support - your kind words keeps us going! I'll certainly keep you posted on the progress of this tank - first with a maintenance video on this tank.
Wow! Absolutely gorgeous! .................................And the aquarium is nice too!
Haha, cheers Rick.
Happy wife, happy life. She looked so pleased with it. Very nice scape, fish and shrimp.
👍💕👍
Yeah, she still likes the tank a lot. She now wants a vivarium. :D
Famous Last words "you have to enter from behind" 😂
Thank you for sharing and letting us into your home 🙏💚
Haha. 😅
I can not live without aquarium in my house.
Good job mate 😉.
Neither can I, apparently. Thanks man.
At last aquarium in home..
“I wish you a happy & adventurous life together! Remember that "the heart that loves is always young"
Love you bro..
Thanks for the kindness! Cheers bro.
You are such a talented man
Cute aquarium and cute couple! ;)
The first time I visit Budapest I have to visit Green aqua! :)
Greetings from Serbia.
You are not far away, you are welcome to drop in at any time! 👍🏻😎
It's my dream...I would take my wife to Budapest for our honeymoon..after I get married offcouse...lol🙄
But I'm only going there for visiting green aqua..❤️❤️
i wish i have a wife said like that... 🤣🤣
Did you do a tank for her like this?
@@GreenAquaShop i have few tanks in the house, she said bring your "hobby" back to your "work" place haha
You should not leave her out of this. Get her a biorb or something to start with, something that she enjoys, and she'll support you. Dory got a biorb from me for her office, no maintenance needed whatsoever and she loves it.
@@minicompletetankadmin8322 the trick is .......
get something she like in your LFS
Just get a new wife.
wow !!!!! that is fantastic aquarium. The best part of ur video is that u do it soooo easily and explain things in an easiest way...thanks
Glad you appreciate my style and how the tank turned out, thanks for the support! I will keep you posted with updates on this one, pls. check back.
Really appreciate the depth and shadows that you created for such a small tank. Thanks for making the video!
You're welcome, glad you like the scape!
Your video showed up in my recommended videos. Lovely! I just subscribed.
Thanks for the sub - for the support! 💚Hope to have you around for a long time. 👍🏻
His wife seems happy, until she know how much he spent on it...
Haha, I spent EUR 1900 in total. 😇
I think Balasz stole it from the shop lol better be prepared for the next inventory count :D
😅😅😅
@@GreenAquaShop oh god
Green Aqua oh I did want to make a 2m one like this but maybe not then...😂
Kawał dobrej roboty :) dziękuję ekipie green Aqua za udostępnianie filmów z polskimi napisami!! :)
You're welcome!
Gluing the rocks is a great idea to give height. Attention to detail has made this tank look very natural. (which is what you are aiming for) Love your work always get great ideas.
Thanks! I'll do another update on this soon!
OMG you two are adorable!!!!
👍🏻🙏🏻
Verry sweet video, nice! Mostly I bring flowers for my wife, now i can try with a tank, but it's harder when she throws it back ;-0
Haha, you have to please her first, spend time with her, and she'll appreciate everything you come home with. Well almost... :D
Incredible nano, you really went all out for this 45P. Can't believe you didn't already have tanks at home but I get it since you have an aquascaping store with plenty of aquascapes to look after and enjoy. Thanks for taking us along for the journey!
You're welcome, yeah, I've got 15 tanks to take care and to inspire you guys with.
A brilliant video full of lovely people, thank you.
Thanks for watching Richard 😀
Wow another amazing scape! Cant believe its your first personal tank, I figured your home would be full of tanks :P
I can't do it man, I'm working 12-16 hours a day, and have about 15 tanks to take care and a whole company. 😇But now I do have a tank at home. 😉
@@GreenAquaShop You do know the old adage...the worst yard in town is owned by a landscaper. I get most people leave their work at work.
The man made his wife happy. Mission accomplished 👍🏽
Absolutely! At least until the next water change. 😂
I’m new to planted aquariums but very quickly becoming a massive fan of this channel trying to learn much as possible and looking to try and build my first planted aquarium next week.
Thanks so much for the support Dominic, good luck with your tank!
excellent! I think this is one of my favourite scapes ever from Balasz.
What is de device in the back left? Tank looks absolutely amazing. Love the planting as wel.
It's a super expensive ADA skimmer. 😇😇😅
That's got to be the most luxurious nano tank I've ever seen. Must have been like $1.5k USD.
Yes. Close. It's around 2k.
@@GreenAquaShop I think I'm going to try do use a 45p and this light combination for a macro algae tank, do you have experience in the saltwater planted world?
I do love all of your videos! You have me smiling all the way through every single one, well done, don’t change and keep it up!
Will do, thanks for the support! Cheers!
Lovely scape! Lovely wife! Thank you for sharing your creative process! - Little Bobby
Cheers Little Bobby, thanks for watching this older video too!
Haha just one question. ..who's going to maintain this 😂
Love this video and thank you for sharing a little piece of this beautiful hobby on a personal level. Really great to see. 😊😍😊

Instant carpet, cheater! 😂😂😂
Haha, you're right. 😇
The tank is beautiful!!. Your very blessed to have a beautiful home and wife that supports you!.

@@GreenAquaShop I’ve watched soo many of your videos!. I started with stem plants, an 18 watt light and a hang on back filter in my 29 gallon tank😂🤣
Now I’ve got 100 watts of flourescent lights, 500gph canister filter, and took the heater out! Hahaha. I’m going to try to restart my aquascape with all your advice and with the help of Josh Sims video!. Cheers from placerville California!.
Absolutely stunning!
Thanks Mariela. :)
One question... how much money you spent for this thing? 😂
A lot. A total of EUR 1900 with all the tech, RO, fish, etc.
I don”t want to bring the work home !!!! wow ...... this work must be your hobby first
agreed , quite disappointed to hear that , but planted tank does take a toll to make it nice, well this is a first step , a personal tank for his wife.
It absolutely is my hobby, but I still have 14-15 planted tanks to take care of on a regular basis. 😇
@@GreenAquaShop I know your work . amazing work

It looks very nice, harmonious and relaxing.
I feel a bit inspired for one of my next tanks.
And it was also very interesting to see the technology used here. That skimmer in particular is very interesting

Absolutely, I enjoy it day-by-day ever since, a good decision from Dory to have a tank there.
Thank you very much sir. I followed your channel very long time and this is what I would like to see for practising my small tank! Thank you!
You're welcome, glad we inspired you!

It all starts with one aquarium, more will follow. I guess we will have the great Farkas' Home Exposition in 20 years. haha
I'm a bit surprised you didn't have an aquarium yet. Have a great day and I hope you two will have a great time watching this little beauty of a tank.
Well, I've got 15 tanks of 'my own' at Green Aqua. To take care of, to film, to scape, etc. That is a lot of work. I work too much anyway. But I love it.
So The Great Farkas' Exposition might be sooner as I think? Just kidding!
You got a point there and yes I get that does take a LOT of work. Im happy you share a bit of that love via youtube. Keep up the good work!
Looks fabulous. Hope you both enjoy the tank
We will, thanks for the kind words Mandy! 🙏🏻👍🏻
Beautiful tank again and it's nice seeing Cinescaper too. Such a sweet surprise to your lovely wife and her heart-warming reaction appreciating her husband's work. But yeah, "who is going to maintain this ?". 😂😂😂
Haha, I will. And I will show it to you guys in a future video.
Looks fantastic
Cheers Chris, glad you like it.

Thanks for the kind comment Peter! Glad you like it, I'm also happy with how it turned out.
@@GreenAquaShop You're very welcome 😉
This was a really neat video. One of your best tanks in my opinion. I love how your tank looks a lot bigger than it actually is. I have the same issue with going a little crazy on equipment. I have been slowly working on my 90 P build because I keep spending more and more money. I was already $1000 in on the tank and custom stand. It’s great to see that you are still able to enjoy this as a hobby. As well as a career.
Keep up the good work!
You captured the essence of my intentions very clearly. 💡👍🏻Good luck with your tanks, spending on tanks and technology is not something you'll regret if you know this hobby is for you. The costs will decrease with time! (I spend about usd 2k on this small tank, I don't know if that's a comfort for you). 🤪
