Arab women are one of the few races that I find very attractive, but from a religious standpoint, I feel it's not possible. God made us differerent to learn from one another and love one another. I am a black South African married to a Afrikaner (white afrikaans,which in some areas is still taboo), we have been married for 5 years and going strong. We have found in our faith that religious people use religion to hide their racism or their culture as an excuse not to accept others. True believers know that our most important mandate is to love one another as He loves us without prejudice, condemnation or judgement for we are all human!

Im British and married to a Pakistani .i moved to Pakistan and have lived here now 33 years we never had a problem , i have 3 children they have been brought up in both our cultures my two older children want an arrange marriage me and my husband will support them in what ever they decide we have no problem in a love marriage or arrange marriage as long as they are happy thats all we wish for them .
I’m an American and my partner is Algerian Muslim, we have had to take our relationship very slowly as I never considered myself religious and so the spiritual connection has been one where I have had to make more effort to convert as it’s a requirement from his family and him for me to convert to Islam. It’s been a crazy journey of ups and downs and learning to accept a new way of beliefs and truly adopt the practices for me. We still have not married it’s contingent upon my shahada.

It depends on who you grow up around. If you live in an area where there isnt many from your background naturally you will gravitate towards someone unfamiliar to your background. Pakistan is a very diverse nation. There are blond haired blue eyed Pakistanis in the far north, far eastern (Mongolian) Hazara Pakistanis to the west and Afro Pakistanis in the south. Pakistan is a blend of its immediate neighbours, western India, eastern Afghanistan & southwestern Iran.
There are pros and cons to interracial marriages. I'm completely against racism but think that background culture can impact mindset and expectations. All marriages have hurdles, but interracial ones can have more depending on which cultures they are. That said, I wouldn't stop my child if they liked someone, and I would consider other races in an arranged marriage, but language and other factors would definitely be concern. I have many mixed marriages in my family. They can work out well.
With marriage, it's really on a case by case basis. You can't say from the same race is best or different race is best, same family is best, different family is best, because every person is unique and every situation is different.
This is an issue if you are an immigrant to the west.. But if you are born in the west the people you grew up will have almost the same mindset as you...

Of course that's true. But it comes with certain consequences. If one is raised by good parents, but since not all parents are perfect, they may have their own reasons to say no. It can risk alienation from parents.

If people are afraid to marry a convert to Islam because of their family not being Muslim, then whom would the converts marry, especially if there are many single converts. Also, you guys go to school, work etc with non-Muslims and dont have a problem with society norms those places. Converts are a perfect addition to any Muslim family, and this will definitely push them away since many choose culture, " what people will say" over marriage to a good Muslim.

We can only change how we see outsiders when we change how we view those within our own cultures. Charity starts at home. I think we have more work to do beyond racism . Scholars say that if the father rejects a proposal of a man whose religion is good, the daughter can bypass her father and find a more suitable walee. Parents are not allowed to force their daughters to marry someone who they don't want to. In the hanafi mudhub, a woman does not need a walee to get married. Khalf ordered his men to take Rabah to the desert during the long, hot summers where he was stripped naked. On other occasions, heavy rocks were placed on his chest to force his renouncement of Islam.
News of Rabah’s torture and his resistance to it eventually spread leading the Prophet Muhammad to send Abu Bakr, a wealthy trader and his close friend to investigate Rabah’s plight. Bakr came to an open field where after witnessing Rabah’s torture, decided to negotiate with Khalf for his freedom. Abu Bakr exchanged three slaves for Rabah whom he cared for and nursed back to health. Once he recovered, Rabah was taken to the Prophet Muhammad and would remain with him, and loyal to him for the rest of the Prophet’s life.
In 622, the Prophet Muhammad, Rabah, and rest of the small Muslim community migrated from Mecca to the city of Medina, Arabia. There Muhammad would establish the Islamic religion in that city. The Prophet appointed Rabah minister of the Bayt al-Mal (Treasury). In that position, Rabah distributed funds to people in need, including widows and orphans. Muhammad also appointed Rabah as the first mu’azzin or prayer caller.
Rabah accompanied the Prophet Muhammad during his early military expeditions and was given the honor of carrying his spear. Rabah fought in the Battle of Badr in 624, during which he killed his former master, Khalaf. Rabah also participated in the Battle of Uhud in 625 and the Battle of the Trench in 627, all of which helped rapidly spread the Islamic faith across the Arabian Peninsula.
After mourning the death of the Prophet Muhammad in 632, Rabah left Medina and moved to Damascus, Syria, helping to establish Islam in that region. His precise death date is disputed among historians who claim he died somewhere between 638 and 642 in Damascus. Rabah married a woman named Hind, and she and their children migrated to Ethiopia.

I’m an American and my partner is Algerian Muslim, we have had to take our relationship very slowly as I never considered myself religious and so the spiritual connection has been one where I have had to make more effort to convert as it’s a requirement from his family and him for me to convert to Islam. It’s been a crazy journey of ups and downs and learning to accept a new way of beliefs and truly adopt the practices for me. We still have not married it’s contingent upon my shahada.

It depends on who you grow up around. If you live in an area where there isnt many from your background naturally you will gravitate towards someone unfamiliar to your background. This is a strange comment because when you pass in the hereafter your cultural background literally means nothing. Its tribal mentality to think someone should only be with their “own”.

Pakistan is a very diverse nation. There are blond haired blue eyed Pakistanis in the far north, far eastern (Mongolian) Hazara Pakistanis to the west and Afro Pakistanis in the south.
Pakistan is a blend of its immediate neighbours, western India, eastern Afghanistan & southwestern Iran.
There are pros and cons to interracial marriages. I'm completely against racism but think that background culture can impact mindset and expectations. All marriages have hurdles, but interracial ones can have more depending on which cultures they are. That said, I wouldn't stop my child if they liked someone, and I would consider other races in an arranged marriage, but language and other factors would definitely be concern. I have many mixed marriages in my family. They can work out well.
With marriage, it's really on a case by case basis. You can't say from the same race is best or different race is best, same family is best, different family is best, because every person is unique and every situation is different.

If people are afraid to marry a convert to Islam because of their family not being Muslim, then whom would the converts marry, especially if there are many single converts. Also, you guys go to school, work etc with non-Muslims and dont have a problem with society norms those places. Converts are a perfect addition to any Muslim family, and this will definitely push them away since many choose culture, " what people will say" over marriage to a good Muslim.

Scholars say that if the father rejects a proposal of a man whose religion is good, the daughter can bypass her father and find a more suitable walee.
Parents are not allowed to force their daughters to marry someone who they don't want to. In the hanafi mudhub, a woman does not need a walee to get married. This can be true if a father rejects her daughters marriage proposal to a pious man based on his ethnicity.
