    Those who misread this text I hope this clears it up. For those who still want to hold on to the idea that they don't have to keep the law because Jesus already kept it for you is simply holding on to a lie that feels very comfortable. The Truth is not always comfortable but it will make you free. The fact that Jesus went all the way to the cross is proof that the Law needs to be kept. it's not legalism it's love. Jesus said if you LOVE me KEEP my commandments.

      You are the one who's has misread the text,words "not to destroy but to fulfil the law" in Matt 5:17 does not "only" refer to the laws which "man" "decides to choose" and give them to people belongs to his or her church but "it refers to ALL old testament laws".....since Jesus went to the cross for you to KEEP the law.....ARE YOU KEEPING "ALL" THE LAWS?....if you are not keeping "ALL" the laws then it means you are confused in your own understanding.....you are suppose to keep all laws since it did not end but fulfilled

    • @thembandlovu3344
      @thembandlovu3344 7 месяцев назад +3

      We are to keep Christ commandments not Moses's commandments,he said keep "MY" commandments not commandments of Moses...what he called his commandments is everything that he taught his disciples...Christ never taught his disciples to observe sabath or to keep ten commandments, in fact with his disciples they broke the sabbath law...if you are not stealing because the law said thou shalt not steal it means you know nothing about righteousness of God,you are a thief though you think you are not,you are an adulterer but you think you are not because you don't know what is it to be an adulterer or what is it to be a thief,you are observing the shadow not knowing the true law of God

    • @Nicole215
      @Nicole215 7 месяцев назад +1

      @thembandlovu3344 *You fail to realize that sabbathS TRADITIONS (with a S at the end of the word) ... is NOT the SAME THING as the COMMANDMENT SABBATH FROM GOD, WHICH IS THE SEVENTH DAY SABBATH that God himself BLESSED AND HALLOWED.. The TEN COMMANDMENTS ARE TO BE KEPT. These words which GOD WROTE WITH HIS OWN FINGER IS NOT VOID NOR WILL IT EVER BE. The original commenter did not misread anything. Jesus dying on the cross does NOT mean we are NOT to keep the commandments. Jesus said, if you LOVE ME YOU WILL KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS. You can study the Bible for yourself and see where it was Jesus' custom to teach/preach in the synagogues on the HOLY SABBATH and his disciples keeping the sabbath as well. GOD CAN NOT LIE AND HE DOES NOT CHANGE NOR ARE THE WORDS OF THE BIBLE VOID.*

    "There is therefore no condemnation for those, that are in Christ Jesus, that walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." Now, if I walk according to the Spirit: Does the Spirit tell me to break the commandments or to keep them? Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments." So if I say, "Christ already kept the law, therefore I break it", am I really walking according to the Spirit? If it is no longer me, who lives, but Christ lives in me, will I not keep the law? I will certainly keep the law, but not in my own strength, but in his: He keeps the commandments in me, because I myself am unable to do so.
    John wrote: "By this, we know, that we have come to know Him, when we keep His commandments", and, "he, who says, he abides in Him, has to walk just like He walked", and, "he, who says, that he knows Him, and keeps not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." Therefore, if I see, that I am breaking one of the commandments, it is a huge warning sign, that Jesus is currently not holding the steering wheel in my life, and that I have to turn back to him and give myself over to him again, and ask him to take control over my life again.
    Chapter 5 of the book "Steps to Christ" describes it very well.

      The fact that the Jews made an idol of oppression of the Law of God does not in any shape invalidate the command to keep it. Jesus did not "ended it". He magnified it AND put those people on their place.

    But aren't we Hebrews? Aren't we grafted into Yishrael? Should we not therefore test all things with Hebrew? This has never sat well with me and seems very contradictory, Greece was a pagan civilization. The Apostle's were Hebrews. You see the problem here?

    When i check Strongs Exhaustive Concordance G4137 it states the following: to make replete, i.e. (literally) to cram (a net), level up (a hollow), or (figuratively) to furnish (or imbue, diffuse, influence), satisfy, execute (an office), finish (a period or task), verify (or coincide with a prediction), etc.
    Based on these descriptions plus considering the prophets needed prophecies to be fulfilled or rather completed in the sense of a missing piece I believe its safe to say Christ came to add the missing piece to the law as well as execute the law. Thoughts?

      Question... Is there [sin] that's being manifested in this world we are living in?

    • @Ifyoublvintmhputyerhndsntheair
      @Ifyoublvintmhputyerhndsntheair 7 месяцев назад

      @@djokampungtz2108 a common mistake modern Christians make is when they see that word “law” they use it as an all encompassing word. In actuality many of the times Paul is speaking of “the law” he is speaking of the sacrificial law only. And other times he is speaking of only the law of sin and death i.e. judgment. Meaning we aren’t under the law of judgment anymore but grace. We can’t go around stoning people for breaking certain commandments like adultery or homosexuality etc. Context is everything ESPECIALLY with Paul. Take heed to Peters warning concerning Paul’s letters.
      2 Peter 3:15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
      2 Peter 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
      And the new commandment of loving one another is broken down nicely in Romans 13.
      Romans 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
      Romans 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
      Romans 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
      Christ actually brings a higher standard to the law.
      Matthew 5:27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
      Matthew 5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
      So we must get our hearts and mind right. Following the letter of the law isn’t enough. Sure I can not sleep with my neighbors wife… but if I’m lusting after her all day everyday then I’m still committing adultery in my heart and breaking the most highs commandment. Or if I’m hating my brother without cause it’s like commuting murder in my heart.
      I hope this help a little. Let’s keep studying and growing together in this truth. Do our best to follow Christ and maintain good works. Endure until the end that we might be saved.
      Revelation 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
      Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
      Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
      Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

      @GuyPipili you SDAs are the ones who are confused,God is not and never will be,let me prove to you why I said you are confused....when it comes to the laws which Ellen G white "chose" for you; you argue saying that the old testament laws were fulfilled but still suppose to be observed....BUT...when it comes to other old testament laws you which Ellen G white didnot choose for you; you say those laws were fulfilled and ended....IF THE JESUS DID NOT END THE LAW THEN WHY AREN'T YOU OBSERVING "ALL" OLD TESTAMENT LAWS?..you are hypocrites which applies PRIVATE INTERPRETATION in scriptures....in which scripture do we find THE GROUP OF LAWS which you are observing in SDA today? Who chose those laws for you? Did the early church observe the exact same group of laws which Ellen chose for you? Where did you get the system of sending people to learn the word of God in bible colleges or bible schools?where did you get the system of electing "THE COMMITEE" to choose people to do work in the church?...try to answer all these questions ACCORDING TO SCRIPTURES you will find how confused and lost you are

    My Heavenly Father's covenant constitution handed down from father to son in the beginning, ARE COMMANDS, not legal attorney writ. Was the word made flesh who gave the covenant to you, a lawyer? The word law didn't even exist. The covenant is this king of kings constitution he uses to bring his people the blessings of the Lord promised in the covenant for obedience to it or its king. It's not a religion. You've all been deceived. It's a constitution. The very same constitution I used when I was David to give the example kingdom. The example of a kingdom obeying the covenant of the Lord. I was high priest and king because it was one of my many incarnations I've had here. Yahshua and Moses included. Osarseph Moses. I'm the light of the world. The incarnation of the sun. The son of ELYON the most high. YHVVH. = YAHVAVAIOTH. AKA YALDABEOTH IS LORD.

    • @Son-Of-Righteousness

      The covenant has not been recinded. Still in effect. I'm the king of kings of it. Here to see who's ready to follow and obey. So far it's none. As in the days of Noah indeed. I'm the son of man. The real one. The scribe. The born again who's writing alot of what's got you all so convinced. I certainly do rise from the dead but that doesn't mean I don't move on to another life. I'm fulfillment of the covenant because it says in Leviticus 26 that I'd need to be aknowledged when I returned. Or you'd all face the curses of the broken covenant. I'm here to reafirm it if anyone is left who's willing. The flood came because nobody would reafirm with me then either.
