Missed 2 (converting SM to NM (#2) & KPH to MPH (#6)). Just needed to see that big section called “unit conversions” on the cx3. Duh! Got it now though. Your first video taught me a ton and enabled me to answer the majority of these correct. Thanks again!
I wanted to see how I did as well; got 100% with the CX3; was not sure about 2 of the questions (4, 10). Guess I need to review my E6B :) I guess you need to figure out what 1.3 hrs and 1.7 hrs are in hours and minutes first.
Greg has another video of the CX-3 with a more in-depth look at using it for example FAA written exam questions: ruclips.net/video/q0c9aI3xeLs/видео.html
How did you get 198KTS for number 8? Thats the True Airspeed question. "Flying at 8,500ft, OAT is 22C, Calibrated Airspeed is 168KTS, what is your airspeed?" I get 188.17 with a Pressure altitude of 5,600ft.
Thank you and the CX-3!
Wow! I like the CX-3, but just because of knowledge, i will use learn the EB6 too.
Any comparisons between CX-3 and Sporty's electronic E6B? Anyone used both? I am considering the CX-3 on screen alone.

To be fair you should do another exam but use the cx3 first... You'll always be faster the second time you take an exam.

The conversion is simple, multiply the decimal by 6 and you'll get it: 1.3 = 1:18
1.7 = 1:42
@@PilotInstitute Never said I was smart :)
im thinking about getting this one, but i would like to know if it can be used during the ATPL EASA exams in Germany?
Se alguém tiver link e puder postar agradeço
Is Sporty’s a good brand?

Flight schools keep pushing that tin can calculator along with tri-fold kneeboards and Jeppesen textbooks to clueless student pilots.
What's your take on cx2 vs cx3? Thanks!
I actually didn't even know a CX2 existed, only ever used the CX3.
Cx2 battery lasts longer so if you couldn't get so easily batteries you should consider it
