There is definitely a sound of a typewriter bell that you hear on carraige return that is not nails or any other body part. So they had a real bell sound of a typewriter but for the clicking sound they decided to use her fingernails? Sounds really suspect. Why not just use the real clicking sound of the typewriter? Edit, well now that I think about it more the clicking rhythm is really precise and it might be hard to get that kind of precision with typewriter keys, so ok I guess I believe it. This was before the kind of electronic soundboards they have now.

Many years ago I quit a job that I felt stuck in. I felt so good walking out that day and as soon as I started my car this song came on the radio. It was an amazing feeling and this song has held a special place in my heart ever since. Felt like synchronicity! Also Dolly Parton is a badass!
