When I lived in Florida, I used to go to Mr. Gatti's (something like a Chuck E. Cheese place). They had a pizza buffet. I loved their cheesy garlic bread with their meat sauce. I would eat that instead of the pizza. Another great video and pizza. Love your style.
“ Plus he gives me excuse to roll some dough out and use the pizza oven”…. my every day struggle lol Looks like you’ve been losing weight. Good job. ;)
Buddy!! You need to whip up some donair sauce!! 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder ALMOST 1/4 white vinegar Fill remaining with rice vinegar until both combined reach 1/4 cup (if you don't have rice vinegar, use all white vinegar) Whisk it all together and toss it in the fridge for a few hours or make ahead of time. It'll last for weeks in the fridge. It's a Nova Scotia/ Newfoundland thing! Enjoy!

Looks delicious. Thanks for the video.. Also, is that the Dalstrong pizza cutter? If so, how do you like it?
Looks good. These are called garlic fingers here in the Maritimes.
We use Detroit dough….
Melt butter on it
Johny garlic’s seasoning
Mozzarella….. until cooked to your liking

Thanks! Yeah, I’m trying to get back down to my “pre-kids” weight…
Miss you guys so much in central ME that I’m gonna have to make Detroit za in my own. Is the expensive specialty pan really necessary?!
Miss you guys too! In my opinion… a good Detroit pan is worth it
