RIU CABO VERDE / FUNANA - SAL - CAPE VERDE - REVIEW

We visited Riu Cabo Verde in April 2024. Had an absolutely amazing time.
The food / staff and hotel was all great.

Is sea swimming safe?
Is it windy?

Hi. We visited last month in April and most days had a red flag on the beach. We did have one day that was OK to go into the water. However the beach at santa Maria around the corner was fine. I have heard the later in the season the water is calmer so hopefully you should be OK.

Hi. We stayed at cabo Verde. We had access to both hotels. If you are a guest of funana you can only visit that hotel.
