It’s littered with abandoned old structures, but in recent years architects and designers have experimented with ways to turn some of them into radical, elegant homes.     These people are turning a unique and special place into a a weekend, second home community for the wealthy. People from Dungeness can no longer afford to live there. It's being ruined by all these designer houses.
