“HANDCUFFED” was originally staged at the BC Drama Festival in 2017, the year overdoses went from 1 death to 4 deaths per day. Here we are in 2024, and the death toll has risen to 6 overdoses each day.
This original story captures the descent of a young hero dealing with severe bouts of addiction and whose life is about to unravel to the point of no-return.
