One ancient history guy video before sleep, perfect.
This such a great help thanks
Hmm he's a bit loose with his facts. If you have watched all the series then Helen was actually kidnapped and Agamemnon was told to kill his daughter by a prophesy. There's a huge story attached to that event about when he got back and the fact that to kill a family member unless told to by the gods through prophecy is a big no no etc. Fairly important. There's loads he's missed but it's a huge set of books so I can forgive that but when he hives a detail he should make sure it's right by the original text. It's like he's using the badly made movie for reference rather than the text.

Great Video! Can I recommend a video on Pompey's conquests in the East. Thanks!
I'll definitely cover it at some point!
make the video! but with all parts put together! It's still good tho....
Achilles and Hercules were both sons of Zeus, so why didn't Achilles help his nephew?
Achilles was not a son of Zeus, he was his great grandson. His father Peleus was the son of Aeacus who was the son of Zeus and Aegina.
Have you thought of covering Medieval history ever?
Damit I'm late again
meh😏
