For the money a good car which includes a manual shift gate auto. I drove one and was quite impressed with the nimble handling and performance once underway and the basic ergonomics. It has everything a person would need to go from pt. A to B. Once again a pleasant car for the money that will not disappoint on fuel economy as well. This reviewer needs to slow down and calm down a little and get the correct tempo to help gather the information to a better placement with the listener's attention and understanding. Othet than what was mentioned a good video over all.

Nice! I'm renting a 2011 Jetta with TURO when I go to Toronto in a couple weeks. Drove a Mk6 2013 Jetta Diesel before and they're nice cars.

Yeah like one of my neighbors that lives down at the end of the ST they oldest daughter drives a black 2013 Volkswagen Jetta S with the old 2.0 Inline 4 from the mk3 Jetta. She has it since bread new 3 years. She still likes it but the right front fender is a little push in and the right front wheel cover is missing. But other then that she still loves her Jetta.
I’ll be signing off on a Manual one tomorrow!!!!! Just wanted to check out a few things before I do. It has a 5 speed short throw shifter that has nice crisp shifting. Great review by the way.

They did the facelift in 2015.
My 2015 Jetta s technology came on 15 inch steel wheels.
Also, has a 2.0L 8 valve engine.
These cars are MUCH nicer than Corollas from the same period.

In 2015 the Jetta s with technology had the push button start.
I have the sel version I don’t why my key fob has an actual key I can’t do anything
I don’t know any vehicle that you don’t have to press the brake to start. Lol 😂
every car I’ve ever owned I never had to press the brake to start. Jeep Cherokee, dodge neon, Nissan ultima, Toyota Camry, Toyota landcruiser, Pontiac g6

I drive a 2013 Jetta S , I've never had to hit the brake either, but my boyfriend does, he has a 2015 passat tsi.

My Dad has one of these cars. It's pretty much the same, except that his Jetta is grey instead of black, it has satellite radio, a backup camera, a power outlet in the back, cruise control and it also has heated seats. As I said before, the Canadian Jettas have more options than the US spec Jettas, including the base models. The Volkswagen Jetta is one of the best new cars that money can buy and it's great car to have.

I gave it up because it wasnt being very successful...plus this has been my channel since 2007 and I cant just give up on 20K subs to go do something else that wont work as well.

Not on the 2016s or Jettas of this year range in general. I know they started really using it in the 19s and up.

1.8 is where it's at.. can't stand they flooded the market with these weak ass 1.4 motors
Ken - actually- the 1.4 - compared to the 1.8 - is weak...........but much more fuel efficient. Has the same torque rating but also has that same torque at a lower RPM. YMMV,
