      Yes I agree I eat meat but these are wow the mushrooms speak for themselves not other food

      julian langston and if you've ever watched his shows he talks about regional differences and specialties. He's lived in Mexico and traveled extensively there.

    Try a Chile mocajete with that taco its similar to the salsa huebona but in my opinion it has the nicest rustic flavor i love this salsa on my meaty tacos even if there mushrooms

    Woodfired but also uses the microwave? No chef needs a microwave oven. I put their use in restaurants right there with the nasty butane or propane torching of food that leaves a unburnt fuel taste that you're supposed to happily ignore.
