Hi! I am planning to take PSW intake this sept 2021 for a year. As far as i understand selkirk offers one year pgwp after my program. Is that enough for me to stay in canada until i apply as PR. I saw your scuccess vids story for one year diploma graduate, would you recommend that? A bursary probably before you start. However there might be Scholarships offered while you are studying as well. Check with the school to be sure.

Hi! I saw on your other video that this college is on the affordable college list, so the costs that you mentioned are per year or for the full program? For example on a 2 year program in business , it would be 25 000 CAD for the full program or the 12,500 include both years?
Hi, I believe the costs I mentioned in that other video are per year.
However the costs vary from program to program so always check their website if you want the exact and current costs.

I joined their session yesterday and during the Q&A several persons asked about PGWP re the MBA or Grad Dip, they weren't able to answer. They kept referring to immigration website. I think if you are offering a program you should be able to say whether it is eligible for PGWP or not. My guess is it isn't based on the few courses being offered in the program.

hi, my question is, will Selkrik College refund the tuition fee if my application get rejected?
I'd like to know as well. Some schools have no refundable deposits. Not tuition, deposits. So if your study permit is rejected you lose the deposit. That turned me off from a few colleges.

Hm, definitely practice the language as he will need that anyways. Small towns have pros too like more affordable housing sometimes. Look at facebook marketplace, kijiji.ca indeed.ca Craigslist.ca, etc for housing and jobs. Hope this helps.

Applying for PR is not necessary related to studying, you can apply right now if you want. What studying does is might give you more points in Education, get a temporary work permit after and so build up your profile for PR.
Check the different Immigration programs and what you have to do to reach the minimum points :)
