In an interview I saw, Andy and Bruno said the first time they were in the studio together, they just laughed the whole time. They are also very competitive. So, they make each other better.
They definitely compliment each other!
Bruno's high note reminded me of the late James Ingram. His trademark high notes would soar and cut at the same time. The smooth transition from that head voice to a clean falsetto was incredible.
He was dead on James Ingram...(my opinion) and I loved it !!

When I first saw it, I knew that that song is timeless. I knew! What makes this really good was the fact that Silk Sonic made it sound exactly like a song from the late 1960s and early 1970s. That song had soul, heart, and a lot of funk. If The Temptations had to start all over again, then they would've asked Silk Sonic for help. I mean, for real! This was exactly what The Temptations wanted to do in the 70s. Exactly! They did a lot of ballads in the 60s and early 70s, but after that, that was it. Silk Sonic took us back in time!
Hey guys, I have been waiting for your Reactions. Good job, but you missed Bootsy Collins narration from the beginning and missed their homage to James Brown at the end. I love, love, Bruno and this duo is a collaboration we never knew we needed. Bruno said it's one of the first songs they wrote together while touring in Europe in 2017. Anderson opened for Bruno for months during his 24k magic tour. They started going into various studios overseas. Then during the pandemic, Bruno called him to join him in the studio since they cannot perform. The rest as they say is golden history... music that is good for the soul. I can't wait to see them perform it live. 👏👏👏❣

Not a ‘love song’, it’s a rant song wit a sweet Smokin groove. Sometimes music & visuals hit so deep we don’t hear lyric. It’s all good. Quick note, that this was actually the 1st song they started creating together, sort of as a joke when Andy’s group was opening for Bruno on the 24k Magic tour. They started hangin & hookin some studio time up & this was the 1st joint they started messing with, goofin on relationship issues. Then during the crazy down time from pandemic shutdown, Bruno called Andy on his birthday & invited him to collab try some stuff in the studio. They finished a day. Bruno would say, ‘You comin back tomorrow?’ The rest is the best thing to come out of ‘sheltering in place’ that year, history!

I kind of feel a little bad for you guys and the whole of your generation. This song is killing it. With that being said. Back in the day for my generation. Almost every group put out music like this. Five to eight maybe even the whole album had numerous hits. You really got your money's worth in those days.

How are you going to enjoy the song if you keep stopping and starting it. You can comment while the song is playing, we get it. One of the ways that you’ll loose your audience is the constant stopping and starting, if you get my drift. This is a very entertaining song, and the video itself is fantastic, but you’ll never get to see it because you’re chopping it up in segments that will do nothing but ruin the whole experience for you and us.
