Could you elaborate or maybe even make a video (If you haven't already) on how exactly we would do that and what that would look like in practice?
That was mostly in reference to collecting the aspects for other builds, so you can just switch the aspects without switching gear and then if you like the feel you can start hunting the gear that has the stat affixes you want. If don't like it at all you can just put the original aspects back on. If you are in T4 you, may drop to T3 or even T2 to check the feel because it will be less powerful without the right affixes and tempers, but you can still decide if you like it enough to switch.
Even with shit gear you can nuke 100 nmd's when you're level capped, utilizing the glyph xp bonus from seasonal it took me about 2 hours to cap all my glyphs to lvl21. I wouldn't leave the helltide until you hit max lvl.
I would recommend grinding NM dungeons the moment you hit world tier 4. If you're efficient, you can hit level 100 with 7 glyphs at 21 in under 10 hours.
Swapped from a double swing dust devil to bash barb and went from being stuck at 42 to hitting 74 with very few GA items and just basic temper/masterwork. Last tip definitely valid 🙌🏼

for poison wear bear we need better gear. I do not want to have to change my character or my play style just need better stuff to be good. any build should be able to be made good enough to beat the uber Lillith.
That's a hard balance without just OP'ing everything. I do like the idea that most builds should be able to take down Uber Lilith, but people are also finding new builds all the time and to make sure they work versus having a build emerge that is so much better than everything else, forcing you to play it if you want to do any leader board activities and have a chance.
Hey you mightve covered this im not sure but any tips on getting power gains? Like is masterworking and maxed glyphs really a big damage boost? Been trying tormented bosses hitting for 10-20mil on bash barb but it just isnt enough.
Yes, masterworking and max glyphs make a huge difference. If you are having trouble I would max those. The masterworking matters a lot more when you are applying it to gear with greater affixes and tempering that is exactly what you want for your build.

I have a hard time hitting pit 5.. 96 Druid. 74 Necro. Any advice? And I like following guides, but it seems like when you follow a guide everything needs to be in place for you to be able to play that class like you can’t just level it up as you go and put points in the paragon as you go, these classes need to be set up with everything they show for them to work correctly. I can’t find a build that you can play as a Necro or a Druid that you can build on as you go it just sucks
The shadow minion build is pretty solid as you go, but I found hitting 100 first and completing you paragon and getting glyphs to 15min is a good early no reason to hit pit early. Just focus on that. The druid is a little tougher it just doesn't have the pushing power of the minion necro. The best builds I've seen are the windshear and werewolf tornado. You do need the tempest roar unique to pull off the werewolf tornado 🌪️
Aspect dungeons(maybe nightmare only) should force drop one legendary emchanted with a +1 to your codex minimum on clear imo. Doesnt seem game breaking.
I have a lvl 98 necro build focusing on minion and golem but ive been having issues getting 1 shotted by bosses. Is there any good resources to see how i should do the paradigm for the best results?
The best build? Many channels suggest the strongest build/character. The bottom line is, all builds are overpowered if you stack the specific numbers that support the style you choose to play. Whatever.
Greater affixes keep you trapped lol ... unless it's amazing I don't keep them cuz you can't change without ruining the piece..I like to be able to change up for different situations
I agree, I don't keep any greater affixes that have affixes I don't want and I even get rid of ones that have a good greater affix but the other 2 affixes suck. I still think the power difference is worth it for true min/maxing your build and for pushing the pit.
What build are you running? If, it's the build in the video, I have resource problems as well. I just slow down the casts and let my minions do the rest. So, basically stack up your debuffs on the monsters (decrepify, corpse tendril, get curse to apply and hit them with the golem).
My issue with the pit is scaling of 1 or 2 players vs 3 players. I'm watching regular mob enemies taking 1.7-2.9 mil damage and not making a noticable impact on their life at level 45. When solo or with one other player cruising through 60s. It corpse explosion to blight so its frequent ticks all above 750k damage. Thats ridiculous scaling.
I really want to respec my dust barb into bash but all of my gear is tempered to dust devils. I dont wanna brick things. Any suggestions? Should i just suck it up n farm all new gear? Or lvl an alt?
I would keep grinding the maiden/helltides and collecting replacement gear for the pieces spec to dust barb and then switch. I think you could find enough of the pieces in 1 or 2 helltides.
Add gems that give you the protection or temper armor with "natural resistance recipe" under defence tempers. Or if all else fails, find it or enchant it onto your gear.
I would look at video settings. There are some setting guides if you search for them on google that help optimize performance. Also, if you haven't tried it yet, check for an update for you graphics card.

You can only get so tanky depending on your class. For example, my necro roughly has 90k life with barrier. I still get one shot by level 90+ pit bosses. I find it's more effective to make sure you do tons of single target damage so the bosses die super quick.
Yo you fotgot to mention insence is some of the best stuff to use you can have up to like 3 or 4 at a time and if you have friends you can get up to 6 or more going at once it's freaking ridiculous and great for pits !!!!!!
I see your point for sure. It depends on how deep you are in the min/max, how different the builds, and how far you are in the game. Many times even if you don't get it perfect you can switch the aspects and get a feel for it and if it's not good just switch back. I think it's not quite as bad as cancer, but to each his own.
@OwnModeGaming they need to add armory from d3 or even multiple specialisation like WOW. Why it isn't in the game already baffles me. It would keep people playing the seasons much longer. If switching builds and saving precious builds was easy.
I mean I’m sure at lvl 100 it might suck but I’m 80 something and I’ve switched up builds like 3/4 times already?? It’s really not that hard, time wise or money wise. You can literally grab any trash gear and put aspects on it and temper it…. Not hard, costly in time or money at all…. Started off pulverize Druid, switched into tramleslide, tried out the hurricane boulder build and now I’m currently rocking that wind daddy wind shear build…. Just got the uniques for it but I was crushing without them as well….. of course you won’t be min maxed but you can atleast get a feel for the build and running helltides should be super easy, even with an incomplete build. A few helltides and world bosses should atleast get you decent gear, and than you can worry about end game stuff later. I don’t have a single piece of equipment with 2 greater affixes yet but it’s not hard to find pieces with 1 with other good rolls or that you can’t craft into something good. Now if your 60 levels into the pit yeah switching might suck a bit but…. You’ll only have to do it once, 🤷♂️ just save your gear for your current build and you can always switch back super easy!
Why is playing the pit worth it? After spending countless hours playing NMD and leveling glyphs, why do something even more boring? Just because it's there? You know what else is there? All the quests you skipped.
It's not for everyone, but it is how you get the resources to masterwork, which opens going after tormented bosses. If that's not your thing don't do it. I have spent way more time leveling different classes than pushing the pit, because that's what I enjoy.
@@OwnModeGaming Masterworking is only needed for pushing more pits...No, it's not my thing. I'd rather re-roll or play another class or another game until a new season. I play games in spare time for fun. Pit is not fun for me. Yes, I get your point of view. Mine is similar. I also know that the pit is going to dramatically change to even more resemble the greater rifts from D3 so pushing the pits now is a waste of time. Trying them out - sure. After playing one, you've played them all.
Im still annoyed once you get legendaries its pointless to pick up rares and normal vendors are useless too. Should give rares 3 spects again when ancestral and still only legendaries get the greater rolls
I like the less sorting I would rather more greater affixes as we level or even if we use a potion, than to have to start sorting rares again. Maybe we just have rares stop dropping in wt4. That would be cool. Then if it's yellow or blue it's a potion, materials or cosmetics, so everything is worth picking up.
That would be another route, yellows to me are just mats and gold now which could be dropped instead. Oddly im getting common out of boxes in t4, that definitely should be changed
I agree this should have been what was released at launch but I also am really liking the progress they have made. Even with the many setbacks and mistakes the overall growth is very promising. Launch was rough. This is a much better game. Now, they have to keep it up to earn back the trust they once had, but for now I'm hopeful and enjoying the current state.
I feel the opposite. I'm very excited about the future and the expansion building up upon what the game experience is right now. I did not get a single character to 100 until this season. Everything feels way better n more fun. I just hope they add new classes n rework old ones to keep things fresh. And just add a few more endgame varieties. Just adding one new class after 1.5 years is not enough imo.
@TP_Gillz It just feels like there's been quite a few weird, not necessarily bad decisions made over the last year post launch. It just comes off as one step forward but two steps back. Don't get me wrong I want the game to be truly amazing. There's also quite a few ARPG'S coming out or have come. Not really diablo killers but it doesn't help the player base come back. But we'll see. I'm hoping for good things in the expansion. Hopefully that rumored 100 dollar price tag is going to just stay a rumor and nothing more. Prices are rough here in canada.
It's a checklist and the average player isn't and ARPG pro, just a lot of the people who cover the games are. So, I always try to remember that with the content I create.
This is my first ARPG and I’ve been playing since release so I know a lot of this. However I just got my friend into this game and he’s never played one either. This video is perfect for him.

@@TheSnackAttackingSnorlax yea tell me something I don't already know. I'm 80 deep in pit.
Unique items also !
So don't pick them up. Plenty of legos to pick up. Why is that annoying?
I found my first Stygiant Stone in the pit last night and then all 16 of my stones disappeared! sigh
Ouch, that's crazy.
Don't bother pushing past pit level 101. The rewards aren't worth it and not efficient as farming level 101 repeatedly.
Thanks, man!
So simply put u need to play the campain and then grind along for hours and hours and then go to the pit or go with a party and just get carried 😂
This game still needs so much work. This is what the game should have been at launch. I'm so worried for this franchise at this point...
Prices are rough here in canada.
damn i dont play season xd
I thought you do get the pit in Eternal Realm.
Salvaging items for aspect upgrading is not upgrading aspects properly, sometimes it works most times it does not.
You do need to reapply the aspect once you get a higher level onto your current gear it's not an automatic upgrade on what you have equipped.
Strange. Haven't had that issue. Are you sure it's an upgrade when you salvage it? It has an icon telling you it's one. That's gotta be frustrating
TIP 1. Play Barb lol
😂
Just play a Necro! lmao
I'm glad you appreciated it. I found it funny😀
This whole video is essentially advice if you don't have common sense or have never played an arpg before.
Somehow first 🎉🎉🎉
Awesome!
