    Your smile when you started the music warmed my heart. I started to smile as well. I know the joys of cooking and the enhancement of music to that daily activity. Thank you for sharing yourself with me.

    That finished meal looks so much like my Egyptian family's table when they are fasting. They'd use pita, but everything else looks exactly the same.

      You are so welcome. Please soak 'em first and ideally sprout a little before eating them raw...better digestion. Peace and love to you :)

    Looks delicious! I am guessing you can bake them if you don't have a dehydrator?

      They won't be raw if the temperature in the oven is above 118 degrees but cooked baked falafel is healthier than the fried version.

    I wonder what the texture of the falafels are like. Are they like the texture of cookies or are they soft?

    These look amazing! How long do they last and how do you store them?

    • @thepoemdances
      @thepoemdances  7 лет назад

      There is ACV (or you can use lemon juice) in the recipe which should help with preservation. You can keep them for about 3-4 days in the refrigerator (in a sealed preferably glass container) after making them..they don't last that long around here ;)

    The music is loud, making you difficult to hear - - and very distracting. I'd sans the music.

    Wow, this looks amazing!! what are your thoughts on an all fruit diet? or mostly fruit? the logic behind it appeals to me as explained by Sweet natural living (youtube channel). Id love to hear your thoughts as I trust and value your opinion :)

      Briefly and simplistically, I think a mostly fruit, all plant whole foods diet is amazing and can be so healing to many. Thanks so much for your question!
