Like I said before its definitely a combination of your fuel, a low reading dyno and then your catback piping! I think your TL should be making around 320 when its properly tuned, cooler day and with a proper exhaust!
Try adjusting AFM fueling and maf scale in ktuner for your 4 inch intake. My misfires came from injectors staying open too long at a certain manifold pressure
@4DPJ35 I'm definitely going to do that once I finish my single exit. The TL isn't being driven atm until then. Going to replace all the plugs just to be safe too. 👍
Seems like it’s running pretty well. I honestly don’t think you’re going to get all that much more power out of it with the current setup, nor do I think your numbers are bad, but your tuner can probably clean that dip up a little around the crossover. The torque is nice and flat though and carries well so she’s healthy.
@kennethpowers8995 yah current setup won't make much more, so going to change a cpl things..single exit and MSD coil packs. It'll break 300whp I'm sure, especially on a not so humid day.
@@RevsALot I don’t much about the power these kinda engines make tbh I’m more a domestic guy, but I nearly bought one of these back in ‘13 got a huge discount for a leftover one w/ the manual trans but by the time the dealer got back to me I already had deposit/deal done on a GMC truck. I definitely recommend getting one if you can find one. Especially if it has the Aspec kit, they're holding their value well. I'm hoping someday the rare gem will start going up in value haha🤞
@RevsALot ah yeah sounds like this guys didn't qualify for rebuild. And is burning about 1 qt every 1000 miles. Might just top it off every week and run it till it dies 😆 seems like such a fun car
Your numbers are off my guy… you will very lucky to see 300 hp out of pretty much any NA j series. Your gonna need a cam, ported and polished runners and much more to be over 300. Save ur pennies and boost the car if u want to to be fast.
Probably don’t remember me, my old channel was brispydoe. Suggest switching tuners and getting the 3” single exit. With the mods you got, should’ve easily hit 310whp
If sticking with same tuner, have him look at your fueling and scaling to fix the misfires. Also see if he can add more ignition timing 😜 but not too extreme
@@RevsALot yeah I had issues with 4'' intake with 3.7 manifold on my 3g type s. Too much air aha, had to scale maf sensor. Looking forward for the 4g to hit 330whp !!

3inch exhaust and proper tune 💪🏽

How is only front wheels spinning if they are full time shawd?
They took the fuse out to make it fwd only, easier for fyno I guess

The lowest in the city is 0ft. And highest 230ft.

305 hp to the crank. So it's more like 220-240 whp stock on some dyno.
