Espen: it’s quite obvious when you’re singing that it hits something within you. That it means something to you. The feeling it triggers in you, triggers the same feeling with the audience. That is what performing a song is all about. There is a musical understanding and maturity. It was very good, Alexander.
Jarle: the focus you have, always inward… the tune, the tune, the story… triggers a lot of good stuff in me. And you’ve got a core voice which is completely divine. There’s lots one can work with. It would have been so exciting for me to take part in the molding of you. Come join me!
Yousef: you’re stepping into Amy’s shoes, which is one of the greatest mediators in of our time. She is also one of those people with a voice you can recognize within a split second. You have the same, but you’re a man, and your voice is similar to hers. So she has to mean something to you. Usually this could lead me to distance myself from it, because it’s too similar, but I felt you did the story telling, not her. You were exceptionally good!

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this for all of us fans in the US, Norway had some of the most beautifully talented singers!!! I absolutely love watching the show but whoever does their cc translation seems to fall short... I wish I didnt have to even say that out loud but Ive tried using it on lots of different countries for the Voice and it doesnt allow ppl like me to follow along at all... hopefully You Tube finds a better way to do it!

Absolutely not. It was beautiful and he did a great version. They boy is 19 and he is an artist in many ways. Besides singing, is a very creative person. He draws, he paints, he even sew clothes. It was his aunt that sent in an application for The Voice. He said he was very nervous and didnt know where to put his hands or how to stand on stage. He relates a lot to the lyrics about unattainable love. I think he did a great job.
