Try decibullz with dekoni or comply tips.
Both memory foam, comply is easier in & out. Dekoni needs to roll to shrink and they’ll expand once inside.

Been think about this lately about get new pair myself. Figure it worth checking your experience is with some different brand. Been using cheap over the ear Wal-Mart specials. Sent I lost some the in your ears one. That my only problem with the small ones

Which out of the Radians and the Decibullz are more comfortable once their in?

The Radians are the most comfortable.

why did not you measure isolation : put music on your pc and lower volume until you no longer hear the music then compare volume levels for each earplug

It also shrinks. The problem with custom molds is if/when you lose/gain a decent amount of weight. Your ear canal shape changes. When that happens it's time to get new molds.
