I was a witness of domestic abuse. A man was hitting and screaming at his wife in the middle of a busy street. It was in late evening, when everyone was coming back home from work, but everyone chose to ignore it, especially young men that could easily prevent the situation. My friend tried to convince me that it isn't our place and that that man was so aggressive, he could easily knock me out. But I still chose to speak up. You know the whole "be scarier than the thing that scares you"? I think I just went by that logic, when defending the lady, hiding her behind me, and saying to the man to leave. I remember him aggressively yelling at me and asking my age for some reason, maybe so he could weigh the idea of hitting me if I said that I'm an adult (I look young for my age and I'm short also). He tried to dismiss my actions by saying "she's my wife" like she's his property some kind of possession What really made me sick to my stomach was seeing him cursing his wife and then apologizing and trying to kiss her, when she was clearly distressed and begging him to leave. As one who witnessed domestic violence growing up, what those people who stopped to help her did was very commendable. Not only did they put their safety at risk but they also risked their lives because some of this situations end up being deadly.
For the people who say that these people „ignoring“ her are bad people, thats not the case, a lot of people would naturally react like that because its a flight or fight response, especially if this dude approaches them with such aggressive behavior
So you're fine with your family members getting a good beat-up in the middle of a street where no one intervenes? Can't they at least "learn" how to contact the police (even kids know what "police" means but these types of ppl don't apparently 😶), or are they just making excuses to move on to their own lives? And what, they're scared that the abuser would know about their phone conversation with the police? Easy, just go a few meters away and then call the damn police! 😮💨🤷
I'm proud of the people who help her, even she's stranger. In my country if this happens, People would just record it and make it viral so the cops are the one who deal with it.
To all those facing this issue: When you love something, you want it to grow and flourish. There is no way that beating would make it flourish. "I beat you because i love you" is impossible. Love yourself like you would love your child or your pet.
I once saw a situation of domestic violence on the street, a man hitting and screaming at his wife. A group of students were passing by near the situation and three cops on their motorcycles were passing by too, so the students told the cops what was happening and asked them to help the woman. The police talked to the husband and after a few minutes, the cops just left leaving the woman afraid and with the man. I was so angry, the police did nothing. Then the man and his wife just left.
Wow it makes me so happy how the people seriously tried to protect her and helped her finding a way to solve the problem. I hope no one has to go through this.

I think back of when my grandma, now 95 years of age, about 20 years ago laid it down on a man who was abusive of his wife in public - and then the WIFE turned around and told her to mind her own business because he was her husband and he had rights. My 9 year old mouth dropped at that point and my grandma looked at me and said: you should never let yourself be convinced that this is OK. @@ferdychanani.lov.1864 you r very welcome. i completely agree with you, and i am sry you r treated this way. i rly hope things can improve, and this will soon stop. you do not deserve this, but remember to always stay strong, and someday you can get far in life.💗💗💗
bless the people in 3:25 who are so wholesome while seriously trying both to protect her and make her feel better
The best part of this video is “ Control your hands. Your hands are to make money, not to beat her “ . I honestly am speechless of how kind and knowledgeable that man is. Whoever this man is, I applaud you especially for going up to him again and speaking to him calmly like adults should do. Thank you so much for noticing this was a wrong situation and for sticking up for someone that you don’t know one bit. ❤️
As one who witnessed domestic violence growing up, what those people who stopped to help her did was very commendable. Not only did they put their safety at risk but they also risked their lives because some of this situations end up being deadly.

"I beat you cause I love you."
Woaahhhhhh
THAT AUDACITY!
The first guy just left and didn't even think to help the girl.
“I beat you because I love you” my mom used to say that a lot lmao
same
Same
i’m so sorry :/ i hope you’re in a better place now and safe... no one should have to endure manipulation like that
Ohhhh yesss
I still get triggered just remembering my parents saying that line
But these ppl chose to do nothing, they left the victim to fend off for themself. That smells like "selfish" to me
"Your hands are to make money not to beat her"
So much respect for this kind of guy💜
"I'm a boxer, I should be able to beat him" YES BESTIE!
muay thai*
I'm proud of the people who help her, even she's stranger. In my country if this happens, People would just record it and make it viral so the cops are the one who deal with it.
0:57 okay I'm almost about to cry. It feels so real
To all those facing this issue: When you love something, you want it to grow and flourish. There is no way that beating would make it flourish. "I beat you because i love you" is impossible. Love yourself like you would love your child or your pet.
“your hands are to make money not to beat her" Quote of the day lol.
2:58 I like how this man is carrying his partner’s cute purse in public. I haven’t lived in China for several years, but this reminds me of home.
Today is March 8th is International Women's Day. I wish every woman who read my comment a happy life 🇲🇦
Willingly to give a hand in helping someone in need is really appreciated .❤
Domestic violence should never be tolerated no matter by who it is from. A BIG thank you to those who stepped in and helped.
This channel is basically to show the kindness of mainland chinese people
I once saw a situation of domestic violence on the street, a man hitting and screaming at his wife. A group of students were passing by near the situation and three cops on their motorcycles were passing by too, so the students told the cops what was happening and asked them to help the woman. The police talked to the husband and after a few minutes, the cops just left leaving the woman afraid and with the man. I was so angry, the police did nothing. Then the man and his wife just left.
that one person really did call police... xD that's definitely 110 on the phone
Wow it makes me so happy how the people seriously tried to protect her and helped her finding a way to solve the problem. I hope no one has to go through this.
The people who offered to go with her to her brother so she feels protected are just beautiful

SAD AND ANGRY❌
I EVEN LAUGHED😂😂😂❤❤
Applause to the people who helped the young man something I come to learn here thank you very much treeMan
If you are in a domestic abuse situation like this, I really hope you are able to get help and to get out of this situation. No one deserves this.
Love these, especially Kai Xin
I love how all these experiments encourage people to seek for help, other than tolerating in silence 🙌
Love your self💜 Speak your self💜
I hope none of you ever have to go through this. I wish you all a happy and healthy life
That first guy who just walked away from the situation broke my heart. I pray that he doesn't have a child who is being abused.
@Paul it’s about being a decent human being and helping somebody in need. You also have to understand that police, especially in different countries, operate differently and handle situations like these in possibly not the best way 🤷🏻♀️
@Paul I hope your future kid doesn't end up in this situation. Talk about lacking in compassion.
Its good to see that "Humanity" is still alive..!!❤
I'm not a Chinese citizen, but I'm proud to see the video that is shown, their care makes me want to cry
I see a lot of videos where people say "Talk about it at home". To me that's them saying "Beat her at home, no one wants to see it".
I knowww. It doesn’t help anything like id rather they walk by and just give a nasty facial expression. At least show some disagreement to what the “husband” was doing
That first little part in the beginning can we just take a moment to appreciate these queens!! 😂💕
This is why I miss living in China sooo much!!! 😭 Everyone is just so kind and helpful. I wish I could go back to China 🇨🇳 I love the people so much.
The dude who said he could win the abusive husband in a fight cuz his was a boxer, made me smile, because it's nice to know people are willing to get into a fight just to save you (though I don't fully support it of course)
It made me emotionally mad when people just walked away😔😭
Ur acting is so great 💕💕
"I beat you because I love you"
The actor is setting himself for a beating lol
the granny who said "talk and it at home" and the ppl who just ignored pmo so bad
The way the first guy just walked away what a coward
She rlly shock me
Don’t worry, you will probably do the same if met with a situation like this. YIU never know what you would do until you are placed head first into the situation, so don’t make any assumptions
Felt so heartwarming.. When they comforted her... 😌these kind of videos shows ... Humanity is still alive... 😒😔
This happens all to often to women all around the world and this is so sad to see many who do nothing to help women who suffer at the hands of their husbands . No man has the right to beat his wife and there are laws all around the world to prevent this now . How would the people who did nothing feel if this woman was badly hurt or even killed . My thanks to those who did step up to help her to stop him , from taking her back home where she might have been badly hurt . I wish all women around the world a Happy Women s day !!!!!! Please stay safe my friends . Your friend from Canada .
Men can also get abused by women too. Not all women are victims.
@@nengyang5664 Thank you so much for taking the time to read my comments and for taking the time to reply . Yes women can abuse a man as well my dear friend . men and women should be good to one another . Your friend from Canada. . Please stay safe and all my best to you and your fine family !!!!!!!
@@nengyang5664 no one said all women were victims🙄and when do you ever see a woman chasing down a man and controlling him, just admit that rarely ever happens if not at all
The beginning broke my heart dude. I'm glad in the end there were people who actually helped her.
My friend unfortunately like her but I tell her to tell her parents that's a bad thing...
I hope your friend gets the help she needs. I’m glad you are there to help her to the best of your extent.
Is your friend okay? In China we have a saying: Domestic violence only happens 0 times or infinite times. Never in between. I really hope your friend gets the help she needs!
The impact of domestic violence on children is also huge.
@@TreeMan absolutely right!!
Thanks so much for this. You’re sending a good message out with these videos; changing the world for the better. This made me tear up. ❤️
I'm afraid of one day traveling for holidays, see one of these and don't know how to speak in the lenguage
Omg ikr
I cried because of this, thank you so so much anyone who helped, I hope to raise awareness about this
0:36 he wrong for that 😢 he just going to walk away i dont like that
@Paul oh sorry... if i put the wrong comment... ill delete it
@Paul it's not your job to be a decent human being but it's better if you can try to think of others besides yourself. -_-
"she's my wife, I can beat her as I want."
Um...well in that logic, you are her husband, so she can beat you as she likes?
Exactly
"men should ruin our lipstick not mascara"
-wise person-
The guy in the black jacket really taught the male actor a lesson
Bless all these people that helped. Real life angels.
Control your hands. Your hands are to MAKE money, not to BEAT her. Damn, thats a REAL MAN..
Wtf Do you even realise that saying something like that is sexist af?
How supporting and caring the Korean persons are very kind💜💜💜💜💜
New Treeman video: I click.
No one helped me when I went through DV. Not one. Not even family. Some friends even left my life. I cried watching this. Knowing there's people who will help still gives me hope.
It’s nice seeing that some strangers actually care about others it’s really nice and wholesome
Treeman
The Chanel that teaches us that there are peoole who still help and become aware, Always help others grettings from Latin America Mexico 👋🏻🤍
can i just say the actress is so talented and so great at what she does, props to the guy actors each time too bc that’s brave. n the people who risk their safety to help out
I think back of when my grandma, now 95 years of age, about 20 years ago laid it down on a man who was abusive of his wife in public - and then the WIFE turned around and told her to mind her own business because he was her husband and he had rights. My 9 year old mouth dropped at that point and my grandma looked at me and said: you should never let yourself be convinced that this is OK. But in this case I can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped.
Never let anyone convince you that this is OK - those words stuck with me
"let me buy you a coffee, to calm you down"
I love the group of ladies that were protecting her!! They were yelling at him for beating her and the seemed to sweet
Hello are you an bts army if yes then please complete it I AM YOUR HOPE YOU ARE MY HOPE I AM _________ BORAHAE 💜💜
Respect to the people who actually did something
Mam I am biggest fan of yours I really love ur all experiment 😊
the one who speak and gives advice to the Husband ,
Bro ,you're the Man !
to those who helped her,you did a good job !

Walking away from a situation like this could cause someone’s death
Very sad that some people did not help her, but very nice and good that several people helped her and acted as if they were her relatives, very beautiful gesture🥰🥰🥰🥰
I feel so disgusted. At 1:03 he said those awful things and the woman just walked away . Damn thats cruel. :/
@Paul I get that, but she could she could have contacted the police or gotten help from others around them. Seeing that and doing nothing just makes you apart of the problem.
@Paul
Ryoutes Hiraeth put it perfectly, but also, keep in mind this is a SOCIAL experiment. Meaning we want to see what other people would do. It doesn't matter how old they are, they could have tried to do something. And you never know if the wife has tried to reach the police or anyone at all before.
“Your hands are to make money, not beat her” facts!!!
Fico feliz que algumas dessas pessoas tenha ajudado.. ❤️
So people will help a old man that can't tie his shoes, but not a woman getting abused in public? Says a lot about society 😒
