Bell 429 GlobalRanger in action at Banská Bystrica, Slovakia

Finally after years of planning, and failed trips, we managed to visit Air Transport Europe helicopter base at Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. Nestled in a picturesque location, this base not only serves as a crucial hub for life-saving missions but also offers an ideal spot for aviation spotters to witness the incredible Bell 429 GlobalRanger in action.
AIR - TRANSPORT EUROPE, Ltd. has been on the Slovak air market since 1991. During the whole period it has been providing its services in the field of air rescue (HEMS) and aviation industry. ATE headquarters in Poprad along with operational centers in Bratislava, Nitra, Trenčín, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Košice and Olomouc and Ostrava in Czech Republic employ over 100 people.
The Bell 429 GlobalRanger is a versatile, twin-engine helicopter manufactured by Bell Textron. Introduced in 2009, this state-of-the-art aircraft is renowned for its advanced design, combining modern technology with a spacious and comfortable cabin. The Bell 429 is well-suited for various missions, including corporate transport, air ambulance services, and law enforcement. With a maximum cruising speed of around 155 knots the helicopter delivers both speed and agility. Its glass cockpit features advanced avionics, enhancing situational awareness and providing pilots with cutting-edge navigation and communication capabilities.

I use a Canon LEGRIA HF G26! Its a wonderful camera, but the stabilizer is not the best, and it could have more optical zoom
