I was just looking up ways to break a plateau and this popped up and I needed the reminder. I lost 100 lbs over 2 years and the past 7 months I haven’t been able to drop any weight even tho I work out and track my calories daily. I haven’t been as strict on eating out tho, we eat out maybe one time a week going to dinner and I didn’t use to do that. Ima have to actually stop doing this for a while I’m realizing if I wanna drop my last 20 lbs. so annoyingggg because after 2 years of strictness I wanna be able to eat out now here and there and live life. And I don’t even go crazy when I eat out. Ughhhh

Portioning before you eat-- heading to the kitchen with a plan is the key for me. I can't go in there until I know what I'm after. Good tips Ashley!
