I'm new to pilates and this little workout kicked my butt (LITERALLY)! I recently sprained my ankle and I can't do a ton of standing movements. This workout was PERFECT and it is teaching me different ways to move my body!!! I so appreciate your vibe, Raven! Thank you!!! ✨✨✨
Day 1 of completing this challenge and all I can say is my body definitely feels more alive ! Gonna try these for a month straight ( along with calorie deficit and working out) and come back with my results 😸. Pilates is no joke ! ! ! And im here for it

I’m kinda late to the challenge, but I just wanted to share this, i didn’t love raven on Love is Blind, because it was a reality so obviously you are only getting a 2D version of a person, while highlighting their bad moments. But she’s growing on me with her workouts and her TikToks. Thanks for this challenge I did it with a booty band and it was hard!
