Authentic Chinese Food Tour in Beijing - Trying Donkey Meat and More!

- Chinese food - we all had it as a takeaway or in the Chinese restaurant next to us. But I am in China and I want to try the authentic, delicious and diverse food that China has and I am starting in Beijing. But since this is my first time in China, I have no idea where to start or what to try, which is why I have taken a food tour with a local expert. And what I had to try was more than just a surprise! I tried Mongolian Hotpot | 涮羊肉, Lanzhou Lamian | 兰传州统牛肉拉面, Suan Nai | 北京酸奶, Nuoyan Craft Rice Wine | 糯言酒馆, Donkey Burger | 驴肉火烧, Jianbing | 李记煎饼, Chicken Wings | 五哥鸡翅, Jianbing | 李记煎饼 and some of these dished became my newest favourites!

作为一个北京人我想说，这个哥们儿的吃法是纯正的北京涮羊肉的吃法。老北京👍🏻
不纯正：纯正吃法没有豆皮，而且是先吃肉后吃素的，没有一开始下一锅豆腐皮的。另外，标准吃法应该有现炸辣椒油还有糖蒜。

China is such a vast country with so many diverse cultures, food, and beautiful locations that one cannot possibly enjoy all of it in one lifetime. I'd be super thrilled just to spend one week there preferably in Southwest China. Beautiful country, friendly people, and delicious food everywhere in spite of all the fake media nonsense.
