First off thank you Paleface for revamping my love and appreciation for that Slipknot Iowa vibe. I’ve always been curious and would welcome a brief explanation of how frontmen/singers’ delivery doesn’t have their respective country’s accent. I would of never guessed Paleface was from Switzerland. Does it have something to do with the muscular structure of the throat and the diaphragm? Or am I way off base? Thank you

Saw them live in 2019 and talked to zelli on the show. Zelli was a really down to earth and great dude! But the show.. damn dude. Shit was like World war 3😂 I've been to a lot of hardcore/beatdown Shows but this one, was one of the most violent and Best shows i've ever been to!

ive seen paleface on the summer breeze 2022 and holy shit they were really awesome and its really worth to go on a show of them they are really stunning live

Paleface is the very definition of brutality. So glad I found them a year ago.
Paleface has quickly become one of my favorite bands. Side note, you gotta get Luke Griffin on here! Do Exterminate the Liberated. His vocals are definitely unique.

That makes sense, they sound dope, but they can be dangerous. Proceed with caution!
I find the vocaks not as hard to match as In level and sound like in some dc and slam bands, but the hard part for me is matching the beat or tempo It's pattern is hard to replicate, it's switching beat tempos and out of nowhere . . Also slipknot is VERY apparent in inspiration, but not a copy.

I found this band just recently and really dug this song. After watching this I like it more just because I think he's cool. And somehow it makes the song better. Don't ask how that works.

I actually met Zelli at a festival about a month ago. Super chill dude, very down to earth. I met him by accident after a set and he was still down to talk a bit and take a quick selfie.

I have seen Palceface 3 times live (and met them once). Seriouly! An amazing band and a group of amazing guys.

I just discovered Paleface about a week ago and I am thoroughly impressed with THIS band. After hearing their earlier albums (Chapters 1, 2, and 3,) and then Fear and Dagger's they've become my newest favorite band. They're earlier albums are more Death Metal/Deathcore, Chapter 3 and Fear & Dagger's is more Deathcore/Metalcore/Nu-Metal/ and Thrash. The band combines these Genre's and elements perfectly and Zelli is a hell of a Vocalist. THIS band is damn near flawless. Thank you for the interview!

I would love to hear how each vocalists scream sounds raw without any studio editing though 😮💨🤘 it would help me understand the dope noises they make.
Definitely, and with the guests that feel comfortable, we definitely get them to do vocals in these videos - the one thing I will say is that as Zelli is in Europe it was pretty late for him when we filmed this, so that's why there's no vocals!
Really enjoyed the video he seems like a really cool dude really funny in a weird way that line about the van crack me up but I do have one little critique you guys didn’t go through do any of his vocals I would’ve really liked to seen how he approaches those gurgly pigs creams that he does I know other than that all he really does like a hard-core belt but I would’ve been really interested to see something like that just being real the only criticism I have about the video I know you guys talked about his vocals with you guys didn’t really like explain or show how he produces of course we have we all have a good idea of how he does it but I just would’ve been cool see you guys go over it but once again great video keep up the awesome content see you on the next one LOL

It would be awesome if you can get your guests to demonstrate all of the vocal ranges and sounds that they make so we can see how they generate their screams from their true voice in the rawest sound to figure out how they make them. Timestamps would be awesome too 🤘🏻🍻
Many of my guests do demonstrate their vocals in our videos to aid with discussion, but it's not always necessary. Check out the recent video I did with Joe Bad to hear a lot of vocals!
I hope you'll be able to do more things like this, and the one with Dickie, in the future. I also didn't think I could love Paleface any more than I already do, but sure enough..

Always! We do include extra footage from all of our co-reactions for our Epic patrons and above, but the truth is that before and after we film these videos we always end up chating a lot - there's so much to talk about, and one video is never enough!
So refreshing to see a vocalist (and the band - check out their socials, they're a riot) not taking themselves too seriously. Already sick of seeing this onslaught breed of self-proclaimed "artists" trying to soften the genre and getting too technical. Yeah, maybe you won't sing deathcore for as long, or maybe your production won't be 100%, but have a blast doing it and put out the product you want, not what some small gang of dildoes in their basement want.
