The Deep killing Ambrosius messed me up really bad. She was an intelligent, sensitive creature and he murdered her-- like intimate partner violence level murder. That underlined who he is so the audience can't forget. He could have just put her back in the ocean, he didn't need to murder her- after keeping her in a tiny "cage" for months, waiting all day just to see him and live only for him. It's so dark.

I believe all supes have basic super strength because annie was punching a hole in the walls and lifiting cars in season 1. So they all naturally very strong along with thier main power.
Starlight def has super strength lol, she was deadlifting a car in the first episode.
How did he not know starlight has super strength, she lifted up a car and punched through concrete in the first episode of the show, she took two sniper shots from butcher, and she got thrown through concrete pillars in season 2 by black noir.

Compound V pretty much gives super strength/durability to everyone. And the strength gives some corresponding speed too obviously, just not usually like A-Train.

Yeah Sage is the smartest person on a super smart level because that is her power. Making her a world away from whomever the 2nd smartest person in the world is.

I'd like to say A-train went back for Ashley, because one, they known each other for years and Ashley used to always clean up his messes. He even forced her to help him with this stuff. Maybe a passing second, he truly just wanted to say someone he cared about. To be honest, I'd have warned her too. If she heard this out in the open, what if she told on herself? They were great colleagues this season.
Sidenote, if Sage knew about Atrain then she knows about Ashley, but then again Sage got fired.
At this point, I believe A-Train's days are numbered.

This was another great episode. Just a few problems still. I hate how the team hardly ever stays together for several episodes. Why did A-Train let them go though?! Why would they broadcast a kid's show live? And how is the virus gonna target only Homelander and Neuman, or not spread rather? Also, Monique told MM to let it out of his system knowing it's messing him up, then backtracks. It's bad for him either way but he gotta do it. Didn't expect Deep to kill her and then wanna kill fish... doesn't fit his character but he's dumb so whatever I guess. Aaaand again Sage is shown to not be as smart as she thinks, don't bloody mess with Homelander like that, she's lucky to be alive. And was it part of her plan to get the info about the sniper to the boys too? Oh and if Homelander now wants to kill the boys, why wouldn't he just go do it himself? That's actually the biggest flaw here... Hope it's explained but with him I can't see a reason. Other things missing, the Gen V kids and anything about Annie's lack of light power!
