  • SSH is a pretty incredible tool that gives you remote access to another computer. But did you know that it can also "tunnel" services across this connection?
    If you find the contents of this video somewhat esoteric, just hang in there. We'll be revisiting this concept in a longer Wednesday video, and I'll cover all the context that's missing here!

    Seems to have audio issues at 2:43 during the demo.

      Yeah... I've re-rendered this video a couple of times already but it seems insistent on having audio issues at different places each time. No idea why.

    I’m not sure what is local and remote are in this context. Is remote like my iPhone and local is my server? Can you clarify. Thanks

      Hello and thank you for your comment! It very much depends on your own context! To simplify, the local device is the device you're physically controlling, and the "remote" device is the device you're accessing over a network.
      As mentioned, a lot of these terms require some background and context. Stay tuned for a longer video that goes through the context in detail!
