- This is the 2012 Extreme Backyard Fireworks videos aka Collier Sportsman Association annual picnic fireworks. If you watched my last years Extreme Backyard Fireworks you will really enjoy this 2012 video. I've always enjoyed the annual Sportsman show, although I've only experienced it through your videos. It's routinely been one of my favorite series.

This was great Dave, love seeing how this show has grown over the years, but this years show was crazy it blew away some of the so called professional shows we have here in California lol!!! I really wish Dave would upgrade his equipment. Most of us, have the ability to watch his videos in full HD resolution these days. Also, he also needs a high end mic... it would really go a long way towards the memorability of the quality, of his videos. Just saying.

I wonder if its easy to become an Pyrotechnican in the USA. Here in Germany its nearly impossible... I think i made a bad choise for my life's dream. :(

Awesome show, I really learn a lot from Dave's videos! My friends ask how I know so much, and I just say: I watch videos on you tube. I do think it's time for Dispplfireworks1 to upgrade all of his equipment. HD with external mics would be a great start. Anyhow, I'm thinking about purchasing his how to video for the ATF type 54 application. Just dont know where to find it.
How much is its to make a show like that?
Anyone know how to get ahold of the guy with the homemade firing board? I'd like to ask him for his assistance on securing my type 54.

Um yeah, I have been on pyrotalk since it was launched. Been watching Dave's videos for at least a couple years. I built my first rack with advice from people there a year ago. Thanks, though. However, I don't really go to forums because they are to wordy... and that's boorish.

yes! we need some boom near southern california! the only boom we can get is at Disneyland, which is a rare thing if you get the cash. we need these babies at a dodgers or angels game!
If you are really paying attention to Daves videos and you want to learn, he has set up a great resource in his website pryotalk.com. All your questions can be answered here. I joined a few months back and have learned and really improved my shows. If you are learning on youtube just imagine what you can learn from a site of experinced pryos and newbies wanting to learn.
