I feel it's better for Seiran to have Aunn's other card as it scopes more otters and you have a better C1 chance

Depends. You would be able to scope more otters and C1 them but they only become dangerous when scoped / shot 5 bullets instead of 1 so Ideally you wouldn’t want to scope more otters unless you know you can kill them. So I would prefer to either use Quick Charge (so I can recover my barrior faster and C1 faster) or Jizo (To kill them faster). I would need to test Big Scope more against other players before I can rate it but at the moment I prefer Quick Charge and Jizo

How sis you get english translation?

Same as how you translate other touhou games. You get thcrap and through thcrap you download the english patch. Translation patches aren’t the only thing you can get with Thcrap. For touhou 19 you can also get balance patch which makes the game a bit more balance compared to vanilla but for this footage are we playing without it
