I love this deck too man, definitely my favorite commander of the year. Although mine has slowly drifted towards too much jank and no longer feels like the engine it was. I think this video will really help me get it back on track! We have a lot of the same cards, but I was lacking on my ramp and interaction. Thanks for putting in the time to make this!
Awesome, I’m glad you actually found some good information in this video 🙏🏻 Necro offers so much build versatility! Let me know if you ever want to talk about Necrobloom, we can go over your build 🙏🏻
Ive been experimenting with the necrobloom since its release, definetly in my top 3 favourite commanders of all time. A realy cool tech lots of people seem to forget about is the cycle lands like tranquil thicket and scattered groves since they help you so much to use leftover mana in your opponents turn to mill yourself. The way it works: cycle the land and replace the draw with the dredge ability of the necrobloom. since the draw trigger resolves when the cycle land is already in the graveyard, it becomes a legal target to be dredged back to your hand! Another awesome and cheap spell is Pitiless Carnage. You can plot it at an earlier turn and then sacrifice as many lands as you like to dredge double that amount. or you can just, you know, draw a ton of cards because your deck wants all its lands in the yard anyways.
Yeah, one of the cycle lands is mentioned in the video 🙏🏻 They basically read 2 mana : mill 2 with necro on the field, which is awesome! I’ll be looking into pitiless carnage, thanks for the recommendation! 🌺 ☠️
@PanzerMTG While youre at it, and since your budget seems to be on the higher side, definetly check out the cards Realms Uncharted and Trouble in Pairs. Realms Uncharted for the necrobloom is a tutor for 4 lands and that also has the added benefit of making your opponents doubt themselves and trouble in pairs is basically a white rhystic study that for some reason seems to be overlooked by a lot of people
Thanks for the support my friend! These are actually the versions of the cards I run in the deck 🤗 Somewhere on YT we have a short showcasing all the cards in the deck and the value’s 🙏🏻
Ive also had fun with Urborg land and a Filth in the graveyard which is easy to do with self mill, surveil lands, or worst case summon, then sacrifice to phyrexian tower. Filth gives all your creatures swampwalk as long as its in graveyard. Won a few this way.
didn’t even know a card like filth existed! It seems really easy to setup the urborg + filth combo! 🙏🏻 That being said, it’s like you mentioned you move away from the core strategy of the deck to do something fancy, seems like a win-more combo in my opinion 🤗 But an army of unblockable zombie will steal you some games for sure!
My Necrobloom has quickly become my favortie deck. Its 7 toughness used to be a meme among my group, but its has actually stopped a lot of early aggro they've been used to. She's quickly pucked up the name Judy. Big Booty Judy.
Hahaha, Yeah, people pick up my Necrobloom all the time since they don't believe me when I tell them it has 7 toughness :D First time I've heard someone giving a nickname to their Necrobloom, Judy it is 🤠
Very awesome and underrated land! For my strategy I don't have enough reanimation targets, but I'm sure you can make it work in Necrobloom! Especially ombined with cards like Dryad of The Ilysian Grove, turning all your lands into plains.
We have a rule in our playgroup to not play one mana tutors 🙏🏻 That’s the main reason they are not included I also really like not doing the same thing everygame and just getting the combo, I love interactive Magic 🙏🏻
My first iteration of the deck ran Thespian stage, but I found it a little to slow in combo with field of the dead... I've also tried the Dark Depths/Thespian Stage combo, but a 20/20 requiring that much setup even felt underwhelming :)
Wow, I have never even considered running Elesh in here! Awesome suggestion, i'll get one ordered and test it out straight away 🥳 I'm more excited about the disruption she brings to opponents than the benefit she grants us

OMG the arts you're showing are fireeeeeeee
Great vid guys! And great job creating such an awesome deck Dennis 💜

Good video!
Thanks for the support my friend! 🫶🏼
Nice adds, man! I use Kodama of the East Tree with bounce lands in this deck and everybody goes insane
Kodama is crazy in Necrobloom, I used to run it and I was really impressed! 🌳🌳
4:45 not that many people know that nagas got an errata to make them all snakes, nice attention to detail
Haha, I’m glad you noticed! 🔥 🐍

This mf' deck is heavy as a rain of chains. Love it ❤
Haha thanks for the support, number one fan! ❤️

Emeria the sky ruin is great in my deck especially when you scape-shift into it
Very awesome and underrated land!

@PanzerMTG my group runs so much removal because of me so I just had to make the room for it hahaha
Haha, that’s what a good Necrobloom decks does to a playgroup 😆
what about smothering tithe, vampiric tutor and worldly tutor? if you already have the cards ofc...
We have a rule in our playgroup to not play one mana tutors 🙏🏻 That’s the main reason they are not included

@PanzerMTG then Vesuva and Thespian's Stage to copy field of the dead maybe? get more tokens in play?
My first iteration of the deck ran Thespian stage, but I found it a little to slow in combo with field of the dead...
I've also tried the Dark Depths/Thespian Stage combo, but a 20/20 requiring that much setup even felt underwhelming :)
I use Mother Of Machines over ancient greenwarden; it's a mana cheaper, works on more things, and shuts down the opponent
Wow, I have never even considered running Elesh in here!

Druda eremita é muito bom para esse deck
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW
