My MCK is one of my favorite gun related purchases I've ever made. I considered buying an AR9 for months and just bought an MCK on a whim as a fun little toy and I've absolutely fallen in love with it.

I think when the ATF comes out with shit like this it means we've hit a nerve and found a product that puts us on a more level playing field. The only TRUE PATRIOTIC option is to buy as many of these products as you can get your hands on and disseminate this info around to others who equally believe in our freedom to protect ourselves and our country. Just last week while doing an audit/recking my stock room the ATF agent told me that just possessing the MCK and a pistol that fits the MCK would constitute a SBR regardless of the pistol not being installed, just possessing both. The ATF is out of control absolutely insane.

As a disabled veteran myself, I just want to thank you for the info in this video and the support you have shown. I ended up getting your gen 3 model at a local gun show in December and it really does make a difference in me shooting, one of my disabilities actually has to do with my shoulder so this was a great option for me. thank you for giving it to us straight and not BSing us. ill be getting the tac and a one point sling in the near future.

Dominant arm is shoulder useless… hand is problematic. My microroni helps me quite a bit. In commiefornistan. No going to register a pistol as an sbr. Commiefornistan will just seize it and arrest me for an nfa item.
@@robertsenior8330 I hear you there, the ATF has gone off the deep end, some of these states are going even crazier. I'm lucky to be in a very gun friendly state. Alex Bosco (the inventor of the pistol brace) did disabled vets right. I was super happy that these came out, then who knew I'd become one and use the pistol brace to make things easier at the range. this brace has done nothing but help disabled people (veterans or not) shoot easier and have more fun doing so.

As someone that is a fan of your products it's great to see you guys taking a proactive stance in this situation. It's important to know that the "88 day" rule only starts once your case is opened by the ATF. It is NOT 88 days from the day they receive your paperwork. Looking forward to your release of the new 16 inch barrel for Glock products.

@@notsosilentmajority1 yes thank you so I’m in Illinois and we have not been able to register an SPR until one of the attorneys fighting this assault weapons, ban recently enabled FFL curios and relics holders to be able to form on their rifles now so that’s awesome and I appreciate you guys telling me this, so I can go in and do some more research there because unfortunately it’s legal but the Internet won’t tell you how or give you any way to help or even a phone number to call so through the attorney I was able to figure that out after you guys told me that I’m not right on this whole most of the states won’t let you, so thanks guys I appreciate the knowledge!!

I tried to explain to my sister who knows nothing about guns what is potentially going to make over 40,000,000 felons. She thought I was kidding and she said “ these are the people that are in charge of gun laws, what’s the logic of this?” Good question sister!! Simple answer is they have no logic.

All of us have been waiting for this update. I ordered two last December 30 and waiting for it to be shipped, for now I think I will change the brace into Tac solution with sling and thumb rest. Thank you for the update. 👍

If I’m being honest a brace makes a firearm safer. If it was about safety they wouldn’t have this bullsh*t. I’d much rather everyone have a brace or a stock on their gun than not, because it makes the gun much more accurate. They don’t think and this is absolutely stupid.

As a veteran myself I want to thank you and your company for making devices to help disabled people or the elderly that have arthritis or loss of strength issues, making it harder for them to shoot for fun or self defense. Having these devices like the MCK and other brands, that help those demographic of people actually get out and shoot safely and accurately is HUGE and amazing for our community. I am sorry that folks within our own government is trying to take these devices away from those folks who have every right to enjoy shooting for fun or self defense. @@CAAGearUp no problem at all. I personally have one if your products and love it. I also used it as a tool to teach my son how to shoot. In fact he loves shooting the Glock 19 in one of your devices. He practices with iron sights and a red dot. He's only 11, so a full sized rifle is hard for him to shoot. However with your product he can practice comfortably and accurately. It's a wonderful tool and performs flawlessly every single time. I'm just going to buy a 16 in barrel from you to get around that brace rule nonsense.

As a vet, mck user and a responsible gun owner I appreciate CCA putting out this video to help clarify some of this ATF garbage. I would never want to put myself of my family in any situation that would involve breaking the law and I am genuinely worried about this new rule, but after watching this I feel I am empowered because I know my rights. ATF needs to be abolished for usurping the authority of Congress to change current legislation by changing the legal definition of "rifle" so that adding a stabilizing brace would transform a pistol into this new definition of "rifle". Only Congress has the authority to change current legislation through the passage of updated legislation.

Pistol braces are in common use. A ban (and it IS a ban no matter what they call it) of something in common use is illegal. I waited until they were in common use before I invested my time, money and effort. Who’s going to compensate me btw? I see no offer of compensation. The only way I can see out of THAT in court is a grandfather clause. There is no grandfather clause.
Firearms with braces account for less than 2% of violent gun crimes. Why is that? Because that is what they have. They are in common use. The data is in. As we all know, rifles and shotguns with 16+ and 18+ barrels respectively are more lethal due to muzzle velocities, and they are NOT unwieldy to a lunatic criminal who means to kill. That makes the rule arbitrary. That’s illegal.
The logical step from there is to remove short barreled rifles and shotguns from the NFA…FOREVER. We need to stop the nonsense. All ATF rules deemed silly by a child’s standards must go. No more back and forth nonsense. That’s illegal. No more confusing, ambiguous and contradictory language. That’s illegal too.

It’s not just rifles, the rule goes over shotguns and other NFA items. This is the ATF straight up going for broke with the goal of expanding the federal registry or ruining the most lives possible.

I have had my MCK for a number of years matter of fact I have a Glock 19X that never leaves the brace it stays in their constantly I am disabled in my left arm so it's a necessity for me I don't even shoulder mine it just helps me shoot my 19X the way it's meant to be shot and to keep some sort of control over it. My issue is I just went out and bought a 9 mm CMMG banshee before Christmas I don't know what I'm going to do with it. Even if I pulled the brace off who the hell wants that metal buffer tube recoiling into their shoulder especially when I have a torn rotator cuff? In my experience I've never seen a crook use anything with a brace on it it's always or at least 90% of the time a pistol of some sort. That may be just my area but crooks aren't going to go out and purchase braces and MCKs when they plan on committing a crime because nine times out of 10 they're going to throw the gun away after they committed the crime anyway

Thank you for standing up to the ATF. I am a Veteran and have plates and titanium screws in my spine and titanium parts in my left leg. When I first saw your brace, I immediately bought one. It makes it much easier for me to accurately shotlt a Glock. An accurate firearm is a safer firearm.
The brace does make the my Glock much larger and you certainly cannot wear it concealed on a belt holster. Bult it makes a much better home defense option for someone like me!!
I now have an easier to use pistol with a light to protect myself and family!!
