Should wet the curry power first , stir fry then add chicken . add some water .and potato simmer for 20 minute then add coconut milk . the curry should look reddish .
Never ever use the ready to serve fried shallots! It’s not safe to eat! Just blend the fresh shallots, garlic, ginger and fresh chilli to make a fresh paste for cooking. The curry powder is too little and the color is too light, add just lil but chili powder for a nice orange color curry chicken. Sautee the fresh blend ingredients with lil bit of star anisse, cinammon and cloves. Pour in water and chicken. Cook for 5 mins then lastly add on the coconut milk. Curry chicken is the most easiest. You just need to blend the fresh ingredients! U don’t need to slices then up
