Shaun, there are 22 units per floor only if u are above 35 floor. Below that the soho units have their own lift shafts and lobby thereby occupying about 1/3 of the entire floor area!

I'm quite interested in the unit for own stay, but the only thing holding me back are the prices of the surrounding properties which seems to be going far lower i.e. Casa Indah 1 (directly opposite edelweiss) for just around RM 600++ psf. Just wanted to get your opinion on whether the current SPA price of Edelweiss is justified to have such a huge disparity comparing to neighbouring props. Thankss

Great review. Tropicana gardens is a great project but my true concern is the viability of the mall in the medium term and also the density of this Edelweiss. Most of the atas condos by Tropicana are very low dense and this Edelweiss maybe the first high dense one. Malls are also struggling pre Covid and will get even worse even when the economy recovers with people moving to online platforms and the oversupply of malls. At least this Edelweiss is not right above the mall.

I've watched all of your Tropicana Gardens videos - Bayberry, Cyperus, Dianthus, Edelweiss - and I think that part of Kota Damansara would be very convenient and suitable for us. Which Tropicana Gardens development do you think currently offers the best value for money for a renter (not interested in buying)? I'm thinking that a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit should probably be fine (I don't really like a 1 bath unit because guests would have to access the bathroom via the bedroom).
The Curve shut down following the MCO 3.0. Giza , the Strand arent really performing as expected. The Tropicana Mall isnt optimistic , the entire Tropicana Mall seems under Capitaland acquisition and management now if not wrong.

To sell at 1200psf is ridiculous from tropicana, but then their quality does not match with this price tag. Also, i m not into layout without proper ventilation for washroom. Yes, a window is always a must for me. Sorry will have to skip this frm tropocana.
