I’m on my second. The first red one got cracked in my accident in May. Now I have it in matte black. It’s comfortable, holds your glasses well and I have properly tested its ability to protect your head!
My crash was thirteen months after buying the red one. Trek gave me the new black one free. They also gave me 20% off my new Madone.
It’s a great helmet. That’s awesome to hear about them looking after you mate ❤️

Very thorough review. I have the Trek Ballista in black. I like it, but I do wonder about the level of protection at the rear which seems lacking to me compared to the Velocis.
Thank you ❤️ the ballista is a 5 star helmet so I imagine it’s the same protection as my helmet
You only have one head protect it. No excuse.
