Building Tips:
1. Use the cheat console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C
Input Cheat Codes:
bb.moveobjects
bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects Once you have activated this cheat enter DEBUG in the search bar to bring up the objects. Objects exist in build & buy mode.
2.To avoid a grid when placing objects, all you have to do is select an object and press the ”ALT” keyboard button. While holding that button, you can move around your selected object anywhere, as long as it doesn't touch another object or a wall. You can also rotate objects for 360°
3.Press the Right Square Bracket Key [ to size up an object and the Left Square Bracket Key ] to size down an object.
4.The object will move up incrementally, so keep hitting 9 until it is at the height you desire. To lower the object, press 0. If you have your game set to “Sims3” camera controls, you need to hit CTRL+9 and CTRL+0 at the same time.

All of them look so realistic, and they each, while forming a cohesive exterior, have their own character and style and are all beautifully furnished. If I had to pick, the last one would probably be my favourite, but with your building and furnishing prowess, it is exceptionally hard to pick! I also love those nooks in the dormers or underneath the skylights; corners like that always feel so cosy! I imagine this will work wonderfully with the new expansion. Thank you for sharing! ❤

These are beautiful. I really love them as residential rentals. They just don’t get work in this lot. Because you have to have people going to school and you will need access to all of them. Otherwise they’ll miss class. But it’s really beautiful.
It might work as regular student housing in this lot.

I like the building and decorating ideas, it's a beautiful video... but I also dislike inconsistencies like: how do sims get on those balconies? There are no doors, but there are plants and stuff. But otherwise, thank you for the video description and tips and thank you for sharing this amazing piece of work you made there!
I wish EA would fix the inside out Moschino window. People always seem to not notice that it snaps the wrong way and forget to turn it around.

perfect townhouse! i was just looking for a house for my dynasty to settle my relatives. however, when i enter construction mode i can't do anything, i can't assign apartments, i can't sell and buy new items. i haven't had this happen with other downloaded buildings. help please maybe someone has encountered this problem!:(
