There is a comic that recently died that sounded like a older bill burr, even he has some podcast with bill in this kind of compilation channels, the guy look like an older brian callen too 😂
@@oslonorway547 Vinnie is a Londoner. He’s a Spurs fan through and through. The reason he did that scene was because Vinnie was a former footballer/actor and United were the most famous UK football team. So it just made sense to cast him as the football hooligan and to make his team United.
@@SonnyK248 He could have left the role to regular hooligans/fans, or said if you really need me for a role that lasts a few minutes in a movie no one cares about, then I'm not wearing the shirt of a club I despise. But did he? Money talks. He did it for money. I've seen fans not sell our for money. Not him though. You think you'll ever see Roy Keane in a movie wearing an Arsenal shirt? Never!
Vinnie Jones takes it for me, feel they blew past him due to it being soccer/ uk movies but him as bullet tooth tony is iconic. Of the basketball movies with basketball stars my favorite was Blue Chips but I wouldn't call Shaq a great actor or star of that.
Damn you Bill, stepping on Andrew twice when he was listing Jesse Ventura. Predator, and Running Man. I really wanted to hear Bill's Ventura impression.
Was Reb Brown a football player before he started starring in low budget B movies? How about Brian "The Boz " Bosworth in the criminally underrated early 90s action flick, "Stone Cold"?
I thought Ray Allen was great as Jesus Shuttlesworth. And not that it makes my opinion worth anything, but as a huge movie buff, i think Ray Allen did good even if he wssnt an athlete. Also, i know people shit on Blue Chips, but I think Shaq did pretty good in that, too. P.S. MJ was AWFUL in Space Jam. That movie as a whole fucking sucked. I thought it was great as a 11 or 12 year old, but once I grew balls and brains, i realized it was fucking shit.
Rick paid the most “dues”. Shaq technically has the longest resume. What a moronic topic. 🤦♂️ Forgot about all those football dudes. Tyson was good in “Black and White” and Hangover. Used to love Hunter with Fred Dryer.
Greatest Athlete to act and I'm shocked Comedians didn't think of this one... Bill Cosby! Bill Cosby played Football at Temple University playing Fullback and also ran Track & Field. I know they kept saying "Pro" Athlete but Ed O'Neil (Al Bundy) never made it into the NFL after playing college ball either.
In regards to Jessie Ventura’s name being mentioned towards the end of the video, I think pro wrestlers should have their own list. Wrestling is pro sports adjacent and requires elements of acting.
Okay you roll over Kareem in Game of Death with Bruce, i can take it, but Vinnie Jones is a better actor than those around him most of the time. And hes wasn't just a footballer like Gazza or whatever,Vinnie Jones was a legend in his own right. Just not always for his skills on the pitch. 😅
If we're basing it on all athletics and not just NBA then does Arnold qualify? Bodybuilding is a sport and he did it for over two decades and became the greatest ever. Then became an actor.
Cam Neely wtf? ... Yeah Bill, what a performance.. Carl Weathers? My god Burr is a pain in the ass I mean I love the guy but what the hell is he talking about today
I don't know if it was actually a good performance but Kareem in "Airplane" was iconic.
Two of the funniest scenes of all time.
Roger!
Huh?
And
I know you. You’re Kareem Abdul-Jabar
For a moment I thought this was Bill Burr arguing with a younger version of Bill Burr 😅

@@fromsiriusitcame That's hilarious 🤣
Kevin Garnet played Wilt Chamberlain in an HBO movie "The Goat" with Don Cheadle.
Dr. J was in The Fish that saved Pittsburgh
Kevin Garnett was legitimately great in Uncut Gems, I was pleasantly surprised by his acting.
Blown away by him in that. Probably the best pro athlete performance ever, right?
@@LookOutGuysItsBrennan”why the fuck would you show me something if I can’t have it?!”

- Bill Burr on Allen Palin
Hes gonna be getting spit roasted for the nxt 25 years 😂
Vinnie Jones just being himself in that ending clip 😅
I don't think Vinnie would ever support United 🤣
@@SonnyK248 You saw the clip. If he did it for money in a movie, he would do it for the right amount in real life.

In all seriousness I think best NBA actor would have to go Rick Fox.

Ken Griffey Jr in Little Big League
The amount of research put into this is 100% some adjective meaning good.
Kareem fought Bruce Lee in Game of Death. Pretty dope film

As someone from an area that isn't Massachusetts, it's really hard to keep up with who is talking (Bill or the other guy) 😮
Some of the cast of the fish that saved Pittsburgh

Roddy Piper - They Live
I mean if wrestlers are allowed then Rock, Cena and Batista.
Loved Denzel eulogising about Earl "the pearl" Monroe in He got game .
Kareem in Enter the Dragon...
Kareem was in Game of Death not Enter the Dragon
Kareem was better than O.J. in "Airplane". Here's an obscure reference: Marques Johnson in "White Men Can't Jump."
