As a teen, Brandon was the voice of inner peace while taking long country rides. As an adult, he is a light in all our minds... helping us through chaotic insanity.
God do I love this beautiful man. Your magical voice & poetry has been making my life better since 1995! Ive been to every tour (24 shows so far), & so upset I cannot attend this year's Morning View 2024 due to all my finaces being really tight & going towards August Seattle trip for Layne Staley's birthday celebration, but I will be there front & center (like always) in spirit. Morning View is a tie with Light Grenades as my favorite Incubus album, plus they put on one hell of a show, so I definitely am bummed. But my goal to someday give you a huge hug Brandon, is a gift, I someday, hope to be real (to hear Mexico live is a dream as well)
No words for this sweet, deep and artistical music video. B., you're getting better each year, your aging process (our, since we all here have been listening to Incubus for, at least, 20 year) is being amazing to watch! Thanks for all your art!!!!!!
I’m 30. I’ve been listening to Brandon Boyd and Incubus since “Love Hurts” first came out about 16 years ago back in high school. Every song is like the story of my life that keeps on unfolding. So thankful for this wonder.
32. I was 12 when my brother took me to the morning view concert when his friend cancelled. Best experience of my life. It was my spiritual/musical/sexual awakening.
@@mikeLivornese I'll never forget that day either. I was driving down the road, and this band that I liked, but nobody else (I knew) had ever heard of them, came on the radio. And I pulled over into what was then an Arby's parking lot, and cranked up the volume. And it was so damn good. #IncubusForever!! (Even if I don't particularly care for BB's Solo project. *This* one, the Wild Trapeze and Sons of the Sea were KILLER! & the Trustfall EPs aren't my favorites)
36 going 37. I still remember the days of TRL and watching Incubus' video for 'Pardon Me' after getting home from school. Their earlier material was more bombastic and heavier compared to their more recent entries in their discography. But I just enjoy hearing Brandon's solo work just as much, even though it's minimalistic and meditative at times.
A week ago, I found out a dear friend, lover, and father to my late baby passed away. I found out 5 mths late. I found out by my given intuition, or perhaps his spirit self guiding me like a whisper in my ear, to check the obituaries where his homebase was.. iknew he had intentions on returning home. I missed him for 5 years, since we lost our baby, but I couldn't fight his demons anymore... so I have to respectfully love him from a distance in hopes.... I've been sober for 12 yrs and clean chemically for plenty. This was his vice. This video cuts to the core of all my emotions flooding me..the timing is too serendipidously perfect.. Although he wasn't a believer in spiritual signs, (or maybe freaked the f🍁ck out when they would happen to me cause they get rather twilight zone level).. he sure is reminding me of his presence now. I knew him better than he knew himself. He would have been an amazing life teacher. He is deeply missed. Much love puhtayto...love you Chris Chambers and our baby Aaden. Happy sober Saint Patrick's day Xoxo
As an Incubus fan, 🤘🏾 I naturally wanted to see what Brandon was doing as a solo artist. This is awesome and beautiful music. I feel thankful he connected me to a different type of music. Nice, soothing spiritual vibes…
Oh my. This is one of those videos where every still would be a beautiful photograph. I love it. Sarah Hay absolutely had her hands in this one; the movement is astounding ❤
Love you bro, after all these years and finding you guys when you opened for korn in 1998 in fl. ❤ everything you create! Happy I got to meet you once . Great song btw.
i thought i was one of those weirdos that hated music until i found incubus when i was 13. 25 now and have loved watching y'all blossom into who you are today. so proud of you always, and you have my heart in a way that no other band ever will. thank you for broadening my horizons all those years ago, and continuing to broaden my taste with all the new sounds that you create. love you so much.
God I love it, the energy of this video is SO magical! It’s emotional and touching… when he’s holding you I could cry! You’re a natural at expressing how you feel with the way you move. Makes me love the song even more!! You’re so beautiful inside and out butterfly! I’m crazy about the peeks of silver in your hair 😉 The dancer is perfect for this video, I’m lovin his flowing hair as well. It honestly adds amazing depth to his movement. So much talent together and incredibly complimentary! 🤍
ive been listening to incubus since i was 14 years old... probably 2004... .my first fave band after watching morning view live... and im 31 now... still in touch.... with brandon and his music...
15 years after I fell in love with the band, Incubus... Brandon Boyd keeps blowing my mind :D I love your creative spirit and thanks for the meet and greet in Charlotte. 7/11/17 was one of the best days of my life! Y'all rocked that show hard and love seeing you make your own stuff, too!
This is truly stunning!! The aspect of the dance puts us in touch with our emotions it's magical, spiritual and carries your soul away to places unknown. Bravo to all of you that created this!!!!!!!!!
Incubus and Brandon - Legendary. I can’t relate to your new music anymore though. Anyway can’t always please everyone. Respect to one of the greatest bands ever 🙏🏻🤘🏻
I can't help but wonder what all these new songs would be like if I was on some really rad shrooms or something. But since I'm boring, I guess I'll just keep listening with a sober brain. It sure would be interesting to exist inside your head, to see what you see when you create music and art. The relationships and ideas behind what you make. I feel like I'm missing out.
I love you Brandon. It's getting seriously tough right now. The system is currupt. I have no where to go. You're 46 and I'm still 33. I love you Brandon.

Definitely a shining light! Beaming for all the world to see! Let that love light shine!
He's so beautiful! ❤️
So right
Never stop imagining
Gravity feathers us slightly
Keep growing, space illusions us

You’re able to go back and forth between realities. I’m always waiting with pearls on.
Good message. I like it and pocket knife. The show at Graceland was something I will not forget!
I can't get over the dystopian beauty of the word "algorithm-ocracy". What a meditative song for the time!
Beautiful choreography and movement. Our shadows deserve love… they are a part of us.
🙏🙏
wah!
I need you tonight 💕🧡
Beautiful! Your voice has been soothing and exciting me for over 20 years now. It’s always wonderful to hear new music from you!
I concur ❤️👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 well said
Same here & I agree! 💯%
The mixing on this song is incredible. It's really something else. Brandon, you are such a divine being.

I'm also 30 and I discovered his art when I was 14.
His voice has been with me ever since.

Too short it's sooo beautiful ✨ I adore his solo projects. They are so full of soul and life ❤️
this is a good example of a music video taking the song to another level. Brandon, you struck gold!
Love you bro, after all these years and finding you guys when you opened for korn in 1998 in fl. ❤ everything you create! Happy I got to meet you once . Great song btw.
I have looked every week, but every day this week for this moment....since the last moment.....thank you Brandon.🤟💗

Same 🤣
There is no shame in sobriety. Try out mindfulness meditation and then listening ♥️
@@aalexandraseal That would get me LESS high than reality, not MORE high though... *lol*
Come to Seattle and have a Ketamine Therapy session. 😄
This is awesome! 🔥🔥🔥
Brandon Boyd: Holy shit balls! I'm haunted by your song. Spenser Theberge's energy was powerful and so fluid. Thank you for adding this to my life.
I'll be coming back to this again and again💜
