David AS who used to fast alternative days, he saaw said it's the best fasting. 🖊️ Your day start with Allah swt and Angels send blessings upon you. 🖊️ Your day ends with an accepted dua (at end of the day). Till you break your fast. 🖊️ Even your breath is pleasing to Allah swt. Even with out zikr, what about those who beautify it with zikr. 🖊️ You meet Allah swt with a life time of fasting ( 30*10=300 and 6*10= 60 ... Which equals to 360) and every year doing it means an entire life of fasting. 🖊️ Fasting is beneficial for health. Your gratitude increases. 🖊️ Fasting discipline your desires. It control your desires or lust. Will restraint your desire. 🖊️ Fasting protects you from sin. Prophet saaw said fasting is an added layer of protection. An added coat of armour. Gives you since of awareness about Allah swt. 🖊️ Shield from the fire itself. Prophet saaw said fasting is a shield from Hell fitr 🖊️ Fasting put distance between you and hellfire. Prophet saaw said whoever fasted on day for the sake of Allah swt, Allah swt would remove thier face from hell fire by seventy years 🖊️ Fasting is an Intercessor on the day of judgement. Fasting and Qur'an both are Intercessors on the day of judgement. 🖊️ Those who fast, would have a different gate for entering jannah especially made for those who fast consistently. No one would enter this gate except for those who fast. (Al riyan) 🖊️ Your deeds are presented to Allah swt on Monday and Thursday and if you fast those days Allah swt would be pleased with you while your deeds are presented to Allah swt 🖊️ Allah swt rewards fasting more than 700 times. ( Allah swt said every good deed of bani adam is rewardes from 10 ro 700 times but fasting is for me and i would reward him more tham 700 times) 🖊️ Prophet saaw said, your break your fast with Allah swt, for the fasting person there are two joys, one at time of breaking fast and other when he meet his lord.
A daar mother who was fasting yesterday died in her sleep while fasting shawal. My Allah accepte haar fasting and give her strenght when the questioning starts in the grave. Allahyar7anha wa djemee3 elmouslimin
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said "Whoever fasts Ramadan and then follows it with six days of Shawwal will be (rewarded) as if he had fasted the entire year." 🌺Don't forget to fast six days in Shawwal 🌺
A sign of Allah, I just witnessed is that when you feel extremely motivated to do something like dieting, workout, business or studies or whatever, you feel passionate, you heat up and sometimes you feel burnout. But when you feel extremely motivated to do something for Allah, like voluntarily fasting or anything for Allah, your heart feels like it’s “melting down”. You feel soft and humble from inside and you cry. Subhan Allah❤

Assalamualaikum, Is it more rewarding to fast every other day, rather then just Mondays and thursdays? Because fasting on Mondays and Thursdays is the sunnah, but the prophet (SAW) also said in hadith that the fasting of Dawud (AS) was the best fasting?

I have a Question 🍉 I struggle a lot with prayer, so If I fast and I don’t finish the 5 prayers does that mean it’s not accepted? I know prayet is Fard b it let’s be practical here I want to know if the fasting and prayer are independent acts of worship or ‘if the two are not complete then don’t even fast it’s not gonna be accepted’
What I understood was that on the day of judgement, when our deeds are presented to Allah SWT, we have a deed that's rewarded more than 700 times. We should look forward to this meeting with joy when we fast
How come islam fasting is good for health? Is it good to fast all days? Exercise is good for health and you can do it every day. Can a human do fast like in islam every day,? I don’t think so…

Everyday fast is nto permitted. Alternate day fasting is.
