    I started fasting on Mondays and Thursdays from October because I want Allah ﷻ to answer my du’a, but now I feel like now I am also doing it so that Allah ﷻ forgives my sins, I learn to self control, learn patience, maintain my salah, earn rewards and improve my character

    I wanted to fast on mondays and thursdays but I was worried about not being able to be consistent with them and then I realised these are the whispers of shaytan to keep me from doing good. And I started to fast on September this year and alhamdulilah it has been easy and I see myself looking forward to these days.

There is more khushu in your salahs, u consciously make the effort to refrain from idleness like watching TV or RUclips ect. • @CatsandAnimals213
      @CatsandAnimals213 3 года назад +7

      A good deed is written down after being multiplied by anywhere from 10 to 70 times.
      Means the least reward for one single good deed is 10. (Can be anywhere upto 70)
      So if u fast 3 times in a month, and if each fast is even written 10 times, these 3 fasts make u gain the sawaab for the whole month's fast. (3 fasts x 10 = 30 fasts)
      So if u keep on doing every month till ur death, then the reward will be of a lifetime.

    Hello, are the Monday and Thursday fasts dry fasting? Do you drink water? Anything at all you can drink and ingest? Is this from the night before until the next morning? Also how do you break your fast? What to eat? Thanks for reading and hopefully answering 🙏
