Great idea. If i had to do it i would put another 2 pallet blocks on the base so there would be 4 blocks to stabilise the shoe rack to the floor

You get two boards out of one pallet. So for my 5 boards 3 pallets are required.

I‘m useing europallets. If they have a big HT sign, they are only heat treated. Almost all pallets I found are actually HT pallets.
