- In this video, I explain what the UX Design Process looks like in the Double Diamond method. It can be scary at first but it's actually very easy and logical!
We'll cover convergence, divergence and the four main steps of the Double Diamond Process called: Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver - see all D ;-)
We use this process often, but we don't do it exactly the double diamond way because there's a faster and easier way that I show you at the end of the video.
If you want me to continue with this shortest UX course in the world please leave a like + comment and share this video - the more people see it the more I'll be motivated to do the next episode - this time on Wireframes.

Hahaha. Ofcus, trust Michal to give you No BS yet crazy level top notch valuable and insightful plus fun educational content! Enjoyed this and learnt! Thanks, for always, man!
Love the format!
Thanks! Trying to make a non-boring UX course as a series
What's your view on design thinking?
Will probably cover it sometime in this series too
Should newbie always do pro bono works for us to optimize our portfolio? I know stakeholders like numbers but if I have no real world experience then what can I use a proof instead?
That's currently the best way to get your foot through the door.
No professional designer should work for free. It brings down the entire profession. If you ever want to do this as a job, you'll just be devaluing yourself. Better to make up projects for yourself to put in your portfolio. Even better, because you get to have the final say! :)
That was super easy to follow along, thanks Michal ❤
We use this in our work but not as a diamond - that simple 4 step highlighted piece of text does wonders :)
Top-notch explanation
Thanks!
I actually never knew what that term was before 😮! Thanks for putting it into an easy to digest format.
We use this but of course not in that exact DD way - it's a bit overcomplicated on purtpose
Change by Design, Tim Brown
Well explained !! Thx
Glad you liked it! One part of UX in 90 seconds coming every week now
Amzingly simple way of formula style explanation🫡
We r going to use triple diamond
true except there could be many problems to solve, not just one main problem.
The process accounts for that you simply go back to another problem and restart the process :)
Thx for explaining it easily 🤗👍
That's why I'm here :)
💎💎
Exactly, double as expensive ;)
🤗🤗🤗
Yo!
Thanks Michal
Happy to help!
