Black Olive colour looks much more different in the showroom on video here than on Porsche's configurator. Someone at Porsche should take a look at some of those configurator colours. Some seem more accurate than others. Also, in 3D view on Porsche's configurator all of the colours change, and often dramatically. Those truffle brown leather seats go from a light brown to a deep-rich dark brown, which I'm assuming is the more accurate colour, but have no idea if that's the case. There's no excuse for the colours to be so mismatched from non-3D view to 3D view as the colours could easily be edited to match.
If they have a name and several customers order it is it really paint to sample lol come on offer at a fair price bmw does 300-400 colors I paid 3500 for purple
They only do 2 PTS paint cycles a year. If you order your car just after you have to add an extra six months to its production. I ordered a velvet purple metallic turbo GT took 11 months to get. Has discontinued paint to sample options on all of the 911s except the GT and special production cars due to production demand
Very impressive marketing. Porsche must be making money hand-over-fist. Via the online configurator, I can never manage to end-up with something I want for under 160. They’ve got their margins figured-out for sure.

True… PTS would imply you’re bringing in a color sample, not ordering something from the back catalogue.
