- What does it take to get a CRJ airborne for its first flight of the day? Quite a bit, actually.

Camera operator couldn't help but watch the A380 land hehe 😂
It sounds silly, but I'm an anxious flyer, and will be flying on one of these day after tomorrow! Seeing all that goes into pre-flight really helps. Thanks so much for this video!

racingstripes103 you just made my day, thank you lol
The OG bag.
Woble baby woble baby
This is amazing, I love the style of this video. Very much reminds me of a certain vlogger from NYC.
Sean Kiernan Totally agreed, and rather funny because they seem to also spend most of their life airborn. Great video, thanks for sharing.
Sean Kiernan unfortunately he stopped vlogging.

Love that Delta livery.... i love the fact that their european hub is Amsterdam, so i see them flying over my house every day on quite a low altitude!
VeniVidiAjax Dus praat je Nederlands ?
That jetway can't get any lower!
I wanna fly this plane when I grow up. The cockpit looks fantastic and the plane itself looks great.
The music matches perfectly
It's called Pray. You can listen to it here: taylorgalford.bandcamp.com/track/pray-3

Late to this party but this comment made my day.😂😂😂
That was awesome....showing the process it takes to get a flight prepared for departure
the song sounds like it's saying "light chop" over and over.
I'm in new hire right now and found this video both motivating and educational, thank you!

I fly the CRJ-700 (by Aerosoft) in Microsoft Flight Simulator and I can say this is a great aircraft! Love it! Nice video. It helped me in better understanding pre-flight procedures and more 🙂
Your videos are amazing.

Wow, great video
HA! its always interesting seeing an aircraft you've worked on before show up on youtube.
Nice music, amazing video, good aircraft greats jobs ✈️
great shot of the a380
Very nice!!
Thank you Expressjet
this is so good.
Good job , very nice!!!
I think this plane is owned by another airline now, as a flight attendant who flies on CRJs I love this
The Overnight Pads in atlanta are like 3 miles from the terminal. Here at Love there a 50 foot tow
Nice video!
Such a good video! My favorite airline and one of my fave planes too! *Subscribing*
Henry Larson Have you flown in this style of plane many times? I'm not a huge fan of flying & have a connecting flight to a smaller airport using a CRJ-700 pretty soon. I've only ever flown in a 737 and larger. I'm mostly concerned about turbulence and wind currents. Are smaller planes more susceptible to violent turbulence than a larger one?
Yes. However, it is practically impossible for turbulence to crash a plane, and has never happened before.
Awesome guys!!!
+Tacha Castilho Thanks Tacha!
+Boldmethod I want more!!!
Can't wait to be in one of these things in a few years! :D Atlanta is so cool and ExpressJet is an awesome airline
Are you now flying one?
@@K.l.T.T yes sir! First officer, about to upgrade to captain with Endeavor.
0:19 see that delta buttering the bread on that landing i guess
I think it was departing but if not definitely butter
Ahhhh, CRJs on first launch in the morning. GOD I miss that part of my morning routine. Granted, we were a "spoke" station, so we had the bird overnight at the gate most of the time, but still... NOTHING was more satisfying than taking a cold and dark bird, watch it come to life, and then take off down the runway, backlit by the rising sun.
You forgot the part where you start her up again cause something didn’t like it the first time
This was a great video! Liked! If you make more like this I will sub!
WTF, I am in love and wanna fly in these soon. Great video. Please more, I'm gonna...Sorry :) made a mess here..
I want to be the guy that drives the tug.
Awesome!!!
very pretty jet
Perfect shots!!!
are you like a pilot man???
Oh CRJs thank you for having air conditioned bins especially in the Florida summer 😂
Please sir, can we have some more?
Good ole, Atlanta!
nice video
that's cool!
You forgot about the last minute call to maintenance because either the lav cannot be serviced, the APU won't start or there is a Duct Mon fault.
these videos 👌🔥
Hey, VPS is my local airport!
unpopular opinion: I absolutely adore crj’s😍
That truck going fast at the end, wait you forgot a bag
I love the CRJ-700!
Im still wondering if my old flight instructor Ryan is flying the CRJ or ERJ at Express. He was my my instructor when this video was originally posted. Went on to fly for Express.
Hey you left out the Lav service, were important too. :-)
SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WANT MORE)))
N604QX used to be an Horizon Air plane.
Yes, load comes from dispatch but sometimes I completely ignore the load as a Fueler😎
0:31 - guy is playing with (or fiddling with) the control stick.
been looking fo r a channel like this. God is good. How often do you upload?.
Subbed too.
I LOVE these aircraft and this video makes me want to F L Y - BRILLIANT, Thank you for sharing :D
So many buttons!
I also work for ASIG in DEN, I fuel Delta Connection Skywest CRJ's all day everyday. I found it noteworthy that that fueler did not connect a static bonding cable to the aircraft, nor did he do a lamp test prior to fueling! Tsk Tsk! ;P
+jeredh Static connection was outside of the tight shot, and lamp test didn't make the video edit (but was done). Very observant Jeredh!
+Boldmethod I guess he plugged the cable into the wing. Good work! pardon the troll. Great video!
used to work for ASIG IN DAL now im at swissport at DFW
jeredh you're just racist
jeredh Please note that what you have described may not have been shown in the video
I wonder if the check list for subsequent flights is shorter. The CRJ-700 is the best proportioned of the series imo.
The stick shaker test is the only thing I know that isn't done more than once
Saw the luggage being loaded up. At which point in time did the passengers start boarding the plane?
4:08 the pillar blocked that buttered landing
Love flying Delta a very friendly military Airline
Any line maintenance mechanic videos?
Makes me almost miss flying for the airlines.
The front fuselage looks like dch8 dash 8
Idk why but this reminds me of the time when I was on one of these flights and as we pushed back there was already mechanical failure happening so they came over the intercom and said something about a light on coming on and so the flight was delayed then of corse it was taking longer than normal so they had to put the plane back at the gate and so everyone was waiting and during said time one of the waitress on board came rolling down the isles with a snack cart and I immediately thought oh no it’s more than just mechanical problem isn’t it.... after that it was taking so long they let everyone off and back into the gate area so they could stretch their legs after waiting in the gate area the flight attendant came off the gate with the snack cart and started serving everyone foods and beverages and after I waited a long ass time I was redirected to a different delta flight that was starting from ATL and landing in SBN
3:41
When making the call to ramp control for push-back clearance, I couldn't quite make out what she said at the end. Was it a ATIS information reference?
"Ramp, Acey 4917 at Dixie 16 with ... ????"
I think Dixie 16 is what they call the stand they are at. Why? No clue
Yes, Dixie 16 is their current gate (or stand). 'Concourse D, Taxiway D, and ATIS Information D, are called 'Dixie' instead of 'Delta' on air traffic control frequencies at ATL, to avoid confusion with scores of 'Delta' Airlines aircraft operating there.
I was asking about the LAST word of the transmission at 3:41 -
"Ramp, Acey 4917 at Dixie 16 with [unintelligible]." What is the very last word she says?
