The restaurant at 13:03 is a very famous restaurant with close to 150 years of history. A must try at that area. The dimsums are excellent. So does other ala carte dishes.
Wow really? I didn‘t know that! I just went inside and it looks like it’s expensive so I was about hesitant to try it, but maybe I’ll come back and visit the restaurant😁
Thank you so much🙏🏼 My video where I visit Shenzhen will be up this weekend so make sure you check that out too if you‘re not too busy exploring😄 Will you be visiting other cities as well other than GZ and Shenzhen? Have fun on your trip and safe flight!
If your still in Guangzhou, except the classic zao cha, Chang fen, there is a local roasted geese, chicken chain restaurant which many locals like a lot (not ads), just mentioned it as I am a foodie lol. name: 区记烧味专门店江南西路店, add: 地铁2号线江南西路D出口820米 (or you can take taxi to visit) it’s kinda busy place but good to hace a walk at local community too I guess. 1/4 goose 68rmb or 78rmb. their roasted chicken 55rmb for half is a MUST try too lol srsly. Anyway have a wonderful trip, enjoy! 🎉🎉🎉 the deserts in Guangzhou is great too
Wow thanks for the tips! I’ll try checking it out if I‘m still around😄 I‘ve always wanted to try roasted duck, and I didn‘t wanna eat it outside of China since I want to try authentic one!😄
@@svenstravelchannel roasted chicken, roasted goose, roasted duck, the most important is the roasted or fried pigeon. the last one is always my favor for a long time. typically one roasted pigeon is 50rmb.
when you visit Shenzhen, you can go to the beach, I don't think any youtubers went to the beach when they visit Shenzhen, but Shenzhen is also coastal city with beautiful beaches.
@@svenstravelchannel it's Dec now, I don't think you can swim there as it's getting cold now. you can take metro line 8 to reach the beach directly, the station called Dameisha. in case you need this info.

@@svenstravelchannel oh Hong Kong is different even though it is part of China...the Cantonese spoken is also slightly different...I guess same like Bavaria for example everyone speaks Bavarian but some towns / villages might be different. I mean as a foreigner it's hard to tell if they are locals or not especially Shenzhen is mostly people from other places in China. Not sure if that helps. I can dm you for any questions you may have on ig if you use it. I can't promise I will know all the answers but I will try. By the way I will be in Hong Kong (maybe in the medium /long term) soon so can meet if you like 😊😊.

I see! Cantonese is harder for me than Mandarin, but I’ll try my best!😄
@svenstravelchannel yeh Mandarin is easier because there's only 4 tones but I think only the really old generation will just know Cantonese.
I thought there is many people in the south and Hong Kong as well speaking cantonese?!
