Maybe another Schumacher? The graphics of the dial are special and set it apart from the zillion Speedmasters in the world. On the Breitling...ah, out of character for the brand and perhaps unremarkable. This was a quality show!
Got a 3510.50 reduced from 2006 with box and papers from Japan for $1250 in fair condition. Had it serviced/fixed for $450 because I banged it on a desk and misaligned the hours subdial. Total $1700 for a Swiss luxury icon that keeps -10s after 1 week, and it's a part of a rotation and is not constantly on the wrist. This thing is also a strap monster and works with EVERYTHING. It's quite slim too for being an auto. Pretty solid value for money imo and a great piece to keep you happy while you save up for the big one.
Another great option for an automatic 39mm Speedmaster is the triple date, in particular the 3520.50. It has the excellent caliber 1151 (ETA 7751 based) movement, and sapphire crystal.
Great video. TGV. Thorough. I regret selling my Omega Speedmaster Auto 14 years ago. Paid only $700 brand new from Omega AD in early 90s. Can't believe the prices - I do believe you can buy nearly any Seamaster or Speedmaster and never lose $$.
I have recently bought a Speedmaster Reduced, fantastic watch and alternative to the bigger brother the professional, suitable compliments my smaller wrist without comprimising any of the classic design features of the speedmaster
I have a 3511.80, bought it new in 1993. Just put a Hirsch blue croc leather strap on it. Changes the whole look! I did this because last year I bought a SMP with a blue dial. Now I'm set !!
Excellent instructional video on purchasing from eBay, which is something I’m considering doing sometime soon. I’ve been considering buying a vintage watch, and also a Breitling Navitimer. These instructions that you give on how you view an eBay ad are very helpful, and I am carefully studying how to do this before I actually take the plunge. The Breitling that you unboxed reminds me of my bambino generation four! 😣 As always, thanks! 👍
That Breitling ! Just awesome! Breitling has never been my cup of tea due to their inherent design, but this one is just fantastic! Great video as always!
I bought a speedy triple date exactly for the reason that the professional was massive on my wrist. Got it in 2008 and still wear it to date. Definitely a strap monster for sure and gave me many good years.
Hi tgv fantastic vid as always, superb for the omega fans, and the additional content, the VC Book ahhh one of my favourite watch brands, the book looks truly amazing , enjoy, and Bretling pure class absolutely love it, ONWARDS AND UPWARDS your friend Ryan.
Another great and informative video! About the polishing... would you prefer an unpolished and scratched watch, or an over-polished watch with no scratches? Have you considered a video on how to prep your watch for sale?
Very useful video on how to shop around on Ebay. Absolutely stunning Breitling Transocean. I much prefer this model to the typical (overcomplicated) dials of their typical offerings. On the search for a 38 after seeing this one. Smashing TGV!
Loving the intro with Ern, he's a handsome lil devil. Nice Breitling. I actually prefer it to the new JLC Master Sector Dials, blasphemous i know but those crosshairs & hands look wonderful. The date windows look pretty good as well. I would consider buying this & to be brutally honest i could never have imagined myself saying that about any Breitling.
Thanks for the review TGV, been looking forward to it since the unboxing. I picked up my 60th anniversary Speedy at the weekend and haven't been disappointed, I liked the reduced too (and the professional was too large) but the anniversary edition stole my heart (and my wallet)!
Ha, ha... My comment was supposed to be under your latest 60th anniversary review... Christ, I work in IT but I think my daughter would be better at this *sigh*
Great video -- I would also recommend to pay attention to the length of the wrist band on the listing. A lot of the Speedys from Japan are sized for smaller wrists. I purchased two from Japan via ebay, and both were sized for a sub 7-inch wrist. I had a hard time finding one I like AND being sized at 7+ inches.
Interesting. When I first viewed the unboxed Breitling, I thought it was a bit plain. However, as you displayed it further Tristano, I started to appreciate its elegance and excellent craftsmanship along with its deliberate minimalist charm. My final opinion is that it's a handsome piece that I would actually enjoy wearing quite a bit!
Late to the party on this one, but glad I got here. I'm doing my due diligence on Speedys but the Breitling was a pleasant surprise! First one I could actually picture on my wrist, usually the dials are far too busy for me.
Excellent video and some really good advice. I am actually thinking myself of buying a second hand Speedmaster and i also noticed that better watch to price ratio is from Japan. My question is how much do you need to pay more or less to import the watch, in VAT, import duties etc. Keeping in mind that i am in Europe and what i look for is for around 1700 euros.
Hi TGV I'm getting increasingly happier with my own Speedmaster Reduced - considering how the prices has developed. Bought mine from Hungary a couple of years ago and it was considerably cheaper than even the Japanese offers are now. But no doubt that the Japanese marked still has the best offers. It's just that when you're dealing within the EU you avoid an import tax of 15%.... Very good advise, thank you very much. I do know the "buying bug" you were close to at some point - a seller with not very good recommendations, but you are tempted by what seems to be a very good offer anyway. Tricky situation... Looking foreward to your view on that dressy Breitling
TVG When you look at the Japan market what are you looking at in duty? How do you know what you will pay? I always look US because of this? Maybe a good video would be how to perches a watch from Japan and what it will cost you. Thanks again... I just picked up a Speedmaster MK40
Thank you sir, so glad to hear, I will try to include it at least once a month. Any particular brands or watches you wish me to eBay hunt for in the future? Best regards, TGV
Pretty much hit the nail on the head with this one, looking at the Speedmaster Reduced's myself lol. If I had to pick another, I would say a Rolex Datejust.
Good tip actually TVG! Sometimes macro shots and closeups of a watch make it look more scuffed and marked than it actually is. I've brought countless vintage pieces that looked heavily marked in pictures but in reality hardly noticeable unless you looked through a loupe at them. Another thing i would say is i think a 30 day money back guarantee sounds ridiculous. Might be great for the buyer but if im selling a watch there's no way im gonna let someone where it and use it for 30 days then decide to send it back!
I was in Japan last summer and spent a few day scouring watch stores looking for a good sub-$2000 Speedy, and I came up short. Everything was either too beat up, too expensive, or too weird. I think the rest of the world realizing that Japan was a land of Omega deals has killed off those deals. On the bright side, though, I ended up discovering that prices on brand new Ball watches are really good over there, and I came home with one I really love.
With the ways the polishing was pointed out. I am 100% positive that mine has never had one. Sharp lines and edges everywhere. Brushed where it should be.
Hi TGV can you explain why buy from Japan rather than locally? Are there distinct advantages? Apologies if I've missed this in previous videos. I am in the UK so would face heavy tax for importing....
Hi TGV - Great video on shopping Ebay for a Speedmaster. When buying from Japan, what would be the average import/customs costs to consider? The Breitling does seem a bit odd for the brand. It's a nice watch but I would probably go with a different brand for that style. I'm considering a Breitling SuperOcean Heritage at the moment, which I think is more in keeping with the Breitling brand. Are you considering another live show in the near future? Best Regards, John
Hi John, Great question. So far I have never paid a penny buying into the USA, however buying into the UK was expensive as I got hit with a customs fee. Of course I would check before buying anything but most likely you should be fine. I think the superocean would do you perfectly! I hope you go for it. Thank you John, Best regards, TGV
Nice video ,thanks TGV Ahh vacheron ,stunning watches although I've heard napoleon wore a bregeut . I have that transocean, elegant understated day/date! Thanks again !
Great Video, TGV. I like how you pick a particular model to show how to find a good used watch in ebay. I hope you will do a video on how to buy a good used Rolex submariner in ebay next time since Rolex sub is a dream watch for many people. I'd like to know how much import duty usually we have to pay if we are buying from Japan in the US. Thanks.
That Breitling looks like it was inspired by Junghans Max Bill, Tudor Day Date& the Tissot Visodate that is sitting on a Sinn strap. ...Nothing wrong with that but the only "Breitling" thing about this elegant piece is the B stamped on the dial and crown. Excellent video still and looking forward o the review. Cheers!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I'm not sure why but I couldn't stop laughing , he described the pictures as "Ghastly,Terrible, and rubbish" in the span of about 6 seconds . 😂😂😂
Your videos help me to relax. Love your passion about watches, mine is starting to grow more and more. If you would live in the Netherlands I would buy you a beer.
The Urban Gentry you should get a swatch irony sistem 51 , they are so dope and cheap ! a review would be interesting :) Boreal is the best looking one for me
Speedmaster is one of my favorites ....really nice. Like the way you go through eBay and tell what is important..... What happened to the audio ? Usually its quiet good..... Keep it up..... TGV
Hi TGV, Hope you are enjoying your Sunday. You told us many times that you like to buy watches from Japanese dealers. I wonder if there are any additional costs for US buyers, other than the normal price mentioned? If I would buy from Japan, I have to pay additional tax and customs duties making the price of the watch suddenly relatively expansive. I like the vintage look of the Breitling. Looking forward to your review. Imagine, the date window would be at 6 o'clock making the dial perfectly symmetrical! Best regards, Claus
Pedro Rego usually for Europe it’s the 21 percent tva + 2 to 5 percent of tax fee depending on the country. Japan’s have some serious new watches bargains and even with the 20 percent it’s still worth. Grand Seiko are selling there for 4000 dollars, even with 25 percent it’s still less than the 7000 they ask for limited edition at least in France
Well, that's the first Breitling that I actually like. It's just like Rolex Day Date, but more simple and not so attention grabbing. It really has 60's vibe.
I have seen that many ebay seller from japan that you have shown (irino and runaway-hit) dont actually have stocks. They took photos from rakuten's seller and marked the price up. When you click buy, they will buy from the rakuten dealer then sell it to you.
I considered buying the reduced for its more inexpensive price tag.. but I ended up going with the manual Moonwatch.. And to be honest, I'm glad I did... had I bought the reduced I believe I would have been stuck with the feeling that I didn't own an "authentic" Moonwatch... This breitling model is an odd one, it doesn't incorporate the rich heritage behind the brand(IMHO). Although, for Breitling fans it may be a welcomed breath of fresh air...
You definitely made the right decision. The reduced just comes off as the poor mans speedmaster because in my experience people primarily buy them because they can't get a professional or fois. While there's nothing wrong with it, I would get the pro or fois instead of a reduced.
the current 42 isn't really a moonwatch as it doesn't feature a cal321, hence I think the reduced is a much better buy being automatic, hacking, smaller and cheaper. I'm glad people think like this though as it's the reason that the reduced is such a stupidly good deal.
I put "authentic" in quotes for a reason. I understand these use different movements, but they are manual like the original cal321s and they are what we've come to know as the "moonwatches". The reduced is a great buy, fantastic watch..but it's smaller, automatic, and it might never completely scratch the itch, as those with over active minds such as myself may always look at it as a "cheaper alternative".... not to mention the Speedmaster really shines with that larger dial.
Great vid TGV. I love the Breitling. It's a much more restrained 'look' than the usual Breitling offering. Most Breitling dials look like a mad woman's breakfast. And as for the Speedmasters, I just think every man & his dog has a Speedy. Yes they're an icon, no doubt about that. But they leave me feeling nothing. The face is crowded with dials, the tachymeter is redundant, they're difficult to read at a glance. I've tried to like them, but I can't. Just my humble opinion Sir. Thanks again
So if a seller doesn't accept returns, should that pretty much always mean a hard no? I thought in the case of a defective or deceptively listed watch, we could file a dispute through eBay (one of the main reasons to go through them in the first place).
Hey TGV, First and foremost, great video! I love the speedy and Breitling is my favorite watchmaker! I was wondering what your thoughts were on selling my Movado Museum. I bought it from my brother and really liked the design, however I have found it just is not quite for me. I am hoping to sell it for $350, it was $500 new. I have barely worn it and it is in very good condition (with box, etc). I really like the Seiko SARB030 and was thinking about getting that on ebay for approx $290. Any thoughts. Thanks. If you are interested, just leave a comment below. Thanks.
Dont buy from runaway hit TGV . Because they dont have stocks, they buy from japanese dealer and marked up by 50%. How i figured is that when I was browsing rakuten and ebay, I saw that seller posting the photos from rakuten sellers' photo
Tristano! Love the wwc. But don't get your color logic! A green dial goes snappingly with a blue blazer! Surely the dial doesn't have to be the exact same color to match? Green goes well with grey, beige, black, blue... Just buy one already :)
I could not agree more, but like I explained in the video, I wish it was blue and as I am returning he watch on Monday I decided why not! I should enjoy it. Thanks you, Best regards, TGV
Tristano are you ever going to do music or literature reviews/videos would be a nice addition to the channel! edit: or movies as i thought u done a few in the past?
Thank you, I agree it would be nice to return to those subjects I first started the channel with. Sadly however nobody watches it those types of video so I am not sure it will be worth it. However I will make more effort to include more cultural content like the early days soon. Best regards, TGV
I generally don't really like breitling because I find them overdone but this one is really nice and I would wear one. It's like a dressed up khaki king. The reason I like it may be because they didn't put the winged logo on the dial. I would get a speedy for that money though.
Thinking about getting an Omega Dynamic Chrono. It has the same Dubois-Dépraz chronograph module as the Reduced and you can pick them up for next to nothing.
Ah too bad I was hoping you'd review the Navitimer 01! I voted for that one when there was a poll.... I'd love to see what you think of that one considering you own a pre-01 model.
Hi tgv just subscribed loving the channel I'm really getting in to watches over past few years and currently working on building a good watch collection so all the information is great I currently own a omega seamaster black chrono a tag f1 chrono with the orange and blue nato and my latest is the seamaster liquid metal with the orange rubber on the bezel from the 12 to 3 hoping to add a Rolex some time in the future and maybe an Oris quite soon cheers mate
Thank you and welcome aboard! Love your line up, great choices, I am sure you will love Rolex and Oris, solid brands, you can not go wrong! Best regards, TGV
The Urban Gentry thanks for the reply tgv my ultimate goal is to get that Rolex I'm just going to enjoy the journey and learn as much as I can on the way and enjoy your channel cheers mate
Austin Tschirhart I haven't seen the whole video yet but if you are talking about the catalogue you could request one on their website its the best one I've had to date. really well produced and elegant even the packaging is nice
Thank you to Saltzmans from this audience member. If you give me the name of the individual responsible for providing the unboxing I'd be glad to direct an email thanking them. I enjoy the channel and appreciate their support. Also, I would in fact enjoy seeing more of the book. Perhaps an entire video dedicated to your favorite horology books. I may spend the day tomorrow at the bookstore perusing Time changes today so we all get to spend our Sunday resetting our watch collection to deadly accuracy!
REDGROOVE Funnily enough I used to own both and I found the black bay 36 quite boring. Its a great watch with a traditional design but the speedy reduced has so much character and looked way better, I ended up selling the black bay and buying a seamaster pro! 😎
Maybe another Schumacher? The graphics of the dial are special and set it apart from the zillion Speedmasters in the world.
On the Breitling...ah, out of character for the brand and perhaps unremarkable. This was a quality show!
haha, I totally agree about the Schumy a good investment too IMO,
Thank you Tim, too kind :D
Best regards,
TGV
Got a 3510.50 reduced from 2006 with box and papers from Japan for $1250 in fair condition. Had it serviced/fixed for $450 because I banged it on a desk and misaligned the hours subdial. Total $1700 for a Swiss luxury icon that keeps -10s after 1 week, and it's a part of a rotation and is not constantly on the wrist. This thing is also a strap monster and works with EVERYTHING. It's quite slim too for being an auto. Pretty solid value for money imo and a great piece to keep you happy while you save up for the big one.
Thank you Andrew for sharing that, EXCELLENT comment.
Keep enjoying it.
Best regards,
TGV
Another great option for an automatic 39mm Speedmaster is the triple date, in particular the 3520.50. It has the excellent caliber 1151 (ETA 7751 based) movement, and sapphire crystal.
Great video. TGV. Thorough. I regret selling my Omega Speedmaster Auto 14 years ago. Paid only $700 brand new from Omega AD in early 90s. Can't believe the prices - I do believe you can buy nearly any Seamaster or Speedmaster and never lose $$.
Great video! One of your best! Being a Omega Speedy fan loved it :)
So excited for your review of that Breitling. I had no idea they made anything as refined/dressy as that! Another great video as always, TGV!
Thank you Katrina :D
Best regards,
TGV
As always, thanks!
So glad you made this, I just bought a 3510.12 Yellow Schumacher today for a steal, and I carry the exact same Kershaw too!
Fantastic! So glad to hear, enjoy the Schumy and the Kershaw :D
Best regards,
TGV
This video helped me purchase my first luxury watch the Speedy reduced. Thanks!
I love Breintling content. Great videos keep going TGV.
Very useful video on how to shop around on Ebay. Absolutely stunning Breitling Transocean. I much prefer this model to the typical (overcomplicated) dials of their typical offerings. On the search for a 38 after seeing this one. Smashing TGV!

Thanks for the review TGV, been looking forward to it since the unboxing. I picked up my 60th anniversary Speedy at the weekend and haven't been disappointed, I liked the reduced too (and the professional was too large) but the anniversary edition stole my heart (and my wallet)!
Congrats on the pick up!
No wonder you are chuffed.
Thank you so much sir, enjoy your amazing new watch.
Very much appreciated,
Best regards,

Ha, ha... My comment was supposed to be under your latest 60th anniversary review... Christ, I work in IT but I think my daughter would be better at this *sigh*
Love the Breitling, love the video keep up the good work !
The Trans Ocean is gorgeous! Elegant simplicity personified.
Thank you EP, well said.
Best regards,

“I just wish it was blue” funny thing actually.... 😂
Congrats on hitting nearly 90k subs! You should consider doing a special episode to celebrating hitting the 100k mark.
I can't wait for that Breitling review, such a classy watch. I have a bit of a thing for silver and champagne coloured dials..
I love that Breitling! Also, goodluck with the Omega hunt!

Thank you my friend :D

Thank you Kjeld, great to hear you got a good deal and it is still serving you so well.
Fantastic comment btw,.

I'm usually not that into those minimalistic kinda watches but damn that Breitling is so beautiful!
David Cseh Is this minimalistic? :D Maybe this is minimalistic for breitling but quite normal otherwise
TVG When you look at the Japan market what are you looking at in duty? How do you know what you will pay? I always look US because of this? Maybe a good video would be how to perches a watch from Japan and what it will cost you.
Thanks again... I just picked up a Speedmaster MK40
Well done for sneaking in the alpinist on the wrist watch check, even if you do have to send it back!
Haha, Shhhhhh ;-)
Thank Ben,
Best regards,
TGV
Completely agree on the colour. I'd get one myself but just can't get into the green.
I said it before, but I really like these videos that show you browsing Ebay. I hope you have plans to do more of these in the future.
Thank you sir, so glad to hear, I will try to include it at least once a month.
Any particular brands or watches you wish me to eBay hunt for in the future?
Best regards,

Pretty much hit the nail on the head with this one, looking at the Speedmaster Reduced's myself lol. If I had to pick another, I would say a Rolex Datejust.
EXCELLENT CHOICE!!!
I will cover the DJs next.
Thank you,

Good tip actually TVG! Sometimes macro shots and closeups of a watch make it look more scuffed and marked than it actually is. I've brought countless vintage pieces that looked heavily marked in pictures but in reality hardly noticeable unless you looked through a loupe at them.
Another thing i would say is i think a 30 day money back guarantee sounds ridiculous. Might be great for the buyer but if im selling a watch there's no way im gonna let someone where it and use it for 30 days then decide to send it back!
Excellent video with lots of useful omega info, please do more videos on buying advice for different brand. Thx
Thanks for this Breitling discovery!
Hello TGV, Sunday morning here, epic video. Looking forward to seeing the videos on the Transocean.
Thank you Bob,
Have a great Sunday my friend!

Great video T, keep up the good content and tips!
Thank you Jason, always appreciated.

With the ways the polishing was pointed out. I am 100% positive that mine has never had one. Sharp lines and edges everywhere. Brushed where it should be.
love the Breitling transocean day date, beautifull, and the ebay search most illustrating.
Best Regards, John

yes very elegant and different that Breitling ,great show pal thanks
Nice video ,thanks TGV
Ahh vacheron ,stunning watches although I've heard napoleon wore a bregeut .
I have that transocean,elegant understated day/date!
Thanks again !
Bracelet on the polar white must be unique to that reduced model. Super clean
I'm lucky enough to own a transocean, fantastic watch, looking forward to the review.
Thanks.
Is the Breitling new or pre-owned? Looks to be in perfect condition. Nice simple design, but looks slightly too big for a dress watch.
Great video! I'm looking in the market for a used speedmaster or seamaster, great video again!
Thank you William, you can not go wrong with a used speedy or seamster, happy hunting!
Best regards,
TGV
TGV, thank you for the informative vid, I learned something new from you today.. well made..
Fantastic Breitling! I love my Colt 2 GMT, they make awesome watches.
Cheers!
Haha, very well observed and nicely put.
Thank you Morris, always great to hear your input and very much appreciated.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I'm not sure why but I couldn't stop laughing , he described the pictures as "Ghastly,Terrible, and rubbish" in the span of about 6 seconds . 😂😂😂
Hi! What do you think it's a good price for a brand new Seamaster Aqua-Terra annual calendar 231.13.39.22.02.001? Is £3350 sound about right?
Great video. I love the Speedmaster Reduced two tone.:)
Your videos help me to relax. Love your passion about watches, mine is starting to grow more and more. If you would live in the Netherlands I would buy you a beer.
I think the speedy mark 40/triple date is amazing value for money. Can pick them up for under 2 grand it’s got a lot of complications
I agree with you on the Blue Seiko! Blue rules!
So much class ! damn the most classy watch i've seen man ! congrats 🎉 enjoy it
Thank you sir :D
Best regards,

The Urban Gentry you should get a swatch irony sistem 51 , they are so dope and cheap ! a review would be interesting :)
Boreal is the best looking one for me
We miss you TGV!
Speedmaster is one of my favorites ....really nice.
Like the way you go through eBay and tell what is important.....
What happened to the audio ? Usually its quiet good.....
Keep it up.....

Something seems new about the quality. A new camera?
I have been using this camera for over a year now, I did get new lights so that could be it.
Thank you Eric,

Watching your video, and thinking to wear my sced035 and have myself a little Seiko-Friday.
That intro music is outstanding
Thank you Nick, it's Tom Waits ;-)
Best regards,

listening to Tom waits for the first time is like running through the matrix and stumbling down Alice's rabbit hole! Under appreciated genius.
Hi TGV,
Hope you are enjoying your Sunday.
Imagine, the date window would be at 6 o'clock making the dial perfectly symmetrical!

i have the same question, i had to pay taxes when buying from Canada, im on Portugal
What do you think of the Girard gp7000 gbm. It looks almost identical to the speedmaster reduced and almost same price in the second hand market.
Well, that's the first Breitling that I actually like. It's just like Rolex Day Date, but more simple and not so attention grabbing. It really has 60's vibe.
I highly recommend reviewing the Bulova Moon Watch. Absolutely amazing watch for under $500.
I found it way too big
(that’s what she said)
I have seen that many ebay seller from japan that you have shown (irino and runaway-hit) dont actually have stocks.
The reduced is a great buy, fantastic watch..but it's smaller, automatic, and it might never completely scratch the itch, as those with over active minds such as myself may always look at it as a "cheaper alternative"....
not to mention the Speedmaster really shines with that larger dial.
love today's wrist check watch
Thank you Yusuf :D

Please do review on omega speedmaster chronograph date!! Thankyouuu good video as always
Since getting the Elite, I look at watches and think how thick they are!
do you still own your schumi?
great video as always.
Cheers
Allan Ribas he sold it
Hi Allan,
I talk about it here:

Nice...green works for me...
Great video, I play it whilst searching for mine on ebay : )
Thanks TGV. Every video you makes increases my limited knowledge!
Hey TGV,
First and foremost, great video!
Duly noted, thank you Dinh!
Very grateful that you shared that.

I want the Alpinist in blue too mate. thumbs up :)
Thanks you,
Best regards,
TGV
Tristano are you ever going to do music or literature reviews/videos would be a nice addition to the channel!
edit: or movies as i thought u done a few in the past?
Thank you, I agree it would be nice to return to those subjects I first started the channel with. Sadly however nobody watches it those types of video so I am not sure it will be worth it. However I will make more effort to include more cultural content like the early days soon.

TheAestheticGod, I wrote this very thing and then deleted it because I'd gone off topic from my original post.I too would gladly welcome all of it.

I dunno, TGV, I think the best automatic chronograph under $2000 is the Sinn 103 St Acrylic....
Cheers, Stephen Scharf, the Photographer
I generally don't really like breitling because I find them overdone but this one is really nice and I would wear one. It's like a dressed up khaki king. The reason I like it may be because they didn't put the winged logo on the dial. I would get a speedy for that money though.
Thinking about getting an Omega Dynamic Chrono. It has the same Dubois-Dépraz chronograph module as the Reduced and you can pick them up for next to nothing.
A friend of mine just picked one up, great fun watches.
Lots of good deal on those about, happy hunting.
Thank you POE,

Ah too bad I was hoping you'd review the Navitimer 01! I voted for that one when there was a poll.... I'd love to see what you think of that one considering you own a pre-01 model.
I am sure it will happen eventually.
Thank you Philip,

Watching this in June 2021. I can confirm prices are much higher today

John Bradley of Rutledge thanks john best of luck to you to mate 👍
The Urban Gentry thanks for the reply tgv my ultimate goal is to get that Rolex I'm just going to enjoy the journey and learn as much as I can on the way and enjoy your channel cheers mate
why are you skipping over the ETA 7750 versions? Those have a superior movement.
That Vacheron Constantin book... WOW. I'm jealous. My favorite brand. Wonder where I could pick one up.
Thank you Austin, I forgot to put the link to his Instagram, I will correct that now and add it to the description.
Best regards,
TGV
Austin Tschirhart I haven't seen the whole video yet but if you are talking about the catalogue you could request one on their website its the best one I've had to date. really well produced and elegant even the packaging is nice
Thank you to Saltzmans from this audience member. If you give me the name of the individual responsible for providing the unboxing I'd be glad to direct an email thanking them. I enjoy the channel and appreciate their support.
Also, I would in fact enjoy seeing more of the book. Perhaps an entire video dedicated to your favorite horology books. I may spend the day tomorrow at the bookstore perusing
Time changes today so we all get to spend our Sunday resetting our watch collection to deadly accuracy!
I would love for you to review the Oris Frank Sinatra moon phase GMT, Im thinking about getting one this year
Just googled it now, wow are those blued applied numerals?!?!?
Very cool Alex,
Thank you,
Best regards,
TGV
The Urban Gentry yeah it also is a 39mm so perfect for you
What kind of accuracy should you expect?
I've seen examples of this watch keeping +1 seconds a day but I would be wary of any watch that is above + or - 15 seconds.
Tarnished steel from over polish/overuse or misuse or not cleaning enough. Standard steel sign of wear.
A speedmaster reduced or tudor black bay 36?
REDGROOVE Funnily enough I used to own both and I found the black bay 36 quite boring. Its a great watch with a traditional design but the speedy reduced has so much character and looked way better, I ended up selling the black bay and buying a seamaster pro! 😎
