There will be no hearing because neither party has sued the other. Ador has only asked a court to confirm the validity of the contract, this is something that will be done based on the documents, there is no need to listen to the parties.
We have to be aware, that all they are doing, it's about irritating ADOR and HYBE, and make ADOR to sue them. That will be the end of their contracts. Until now, ADOR doesn't seem to allow the 5 fugitive idols to go to their mama, and to make her happy for making ADOR an empty shell. We will see, what it will be.

@@ro-zeea.8734 bunnies believe that omega is against Hybe and choose Dani as their ambassador now that the girls are “independent” and as for the contract, Ador has taken it all to the court to give proof of the validity of the contract which had led them in filing a lawsuit against the girls. The watch brand that was contacted by manager A is Omega. It was not a new contact, but the continuation of a contact that had already been made. However, Omega, when it realized that the manager was operating independently of Ador, notified Ador. Now Omega and Ador have signed a branding contract and Ador has given permission not to use the name NJ, because in any case for Ador it is a gain of millions of dollars.
NJ believe they are equal or better than BTS by behaving this way - complaining about abuse & mistreatments that DO NOT exist and demand privileges they have not earned. BTS worked hard and build themselves to relevance during the first 7 years of contract. Then they re-negotiated with Bang PD/BigHit/Hybe for better contract renewal terms including total artistic freedom, greater profit sharing, social media freedom, owning the name BTS... etc. That is the right way to do it. Bang PD/BigHit/Hybe made sure their contracts were renewed well in advance with favourable terms to the members. BangPD personally gave them more than 68,000 share of Hybe' stock to each member showing his gratitude & appreciation. What BTS wants BTS gets with total support from label & company. NJ needs to learn from BTS and not from MHJ or 50/50. NJ have not paid their dues.
Tell them to stop, think logically and provide evidence of their claims and they will get offended as their response would be :- "why is it wrong to feel sad? You are all lying and are biased. Our version of story is correct. 🥺" It's all about fans (🤡) personal feelings, friend. Them and their interpretation and them living in their own delulu land. I pity Newjeans for having such parents and fans. You don't need enemies when you have such friends.
It's not about siding with a label. It's about people being intelligent enough to know that contracts can't be terminated without cause and legal justification. It's also about people not liking ungratefulness, and being against greedy plots that put the livelihood of hundreds of people at risk. These girls had no reason to go down this road, unless they were in league with MHJ from the beginning.
But didn’t the ADOR staff that built NewJeans from the ground up leave the company. Not talking about MHJ. Like u literlly said NewJeans should be focus on these type of brand deal, which they are, and then turn around and say there doing something bad. It’s seems like the fans got really wierd and dramatic about the following situations, so why are you blaming NewJeans for something there fans did.
I never mentioned new jeans did anything bad with their brand deals. Hello? And i clearly blamed bunnies. Or haven’t you gotten there? And concerning the staffs, it was only a small number of them who were prolly affiliated with MHJ but that’s besides that. And coming to new jeans, I only said that they shouldn’t have opened that unauthorized account especially with this legal mess going on and besides, it’s more advisable for them to have opened that account after they’ve left the company. So please try to understand what I’m trying to say

Depends on how you define "winning". If you think they'll be granted their termination - that's a possibility. And I don't think anyone under Hybe would have a problem with that. They'd be happy to get this type of toxicity out of their organization, especially when everyone there is working hard. If you think winning means they'll escape without paying a hefty penalty to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars, plus damages - if they're going to continue these stunts - then you're kidding yourself. This would jeopardize the validity of every single contract in Korea, and set the entertainment industry back several years, because no-one would see K-pop as a stable investment. If you think that winning means they're independent from the company that pumped millions into them and supported them for the past 3 years, despite them only having one actual solid year, then you're still kidding yourself. Their behavior over these months, unprovoked, immature and unprofessional, has been watched by every party that would have been interested in investing in them. I don't think they can recover.
didn’t know you were a nj anti so i’m gonna leave this here and unsubscribe. newjeans case is not like every other kpop case where they need to file an injunction in order to terminate their contracts because 🧢 wrote their contracts in a way where they didn’t have to go through all that legal trouble to leave Ador. the contract says if Ador fails to meet their end of the contract (example, by protecting them), the members can terminate their contracts without injunction. I guess this concept is so unprecedented to you people and you can’t wrap your heads around how easy it was for newjeans to leave hybe.
Obvious you have no concept of how contract law works so stop trying to sound like you do because it just makes you sound ignorant. Have you read the contract? Does the contract say that NJ can just make claims without proof that ADOR "fails to meet their end of the contract (example, by protecting them), and therefore they can terminate without injunction?" (I'm quoting you) Where did you even cut & pasted this nonsensical "word salad" from? From NJ posts? MHJ posts? 1. Both parties have terms and conditions obligated to fulfill within a contract. What are the terms and conditions that Ador failed to meet? Do you even know what they are? Name the terms of the contract that Ador had failed to meet? 2. "failure of protecting them" - Is this the exact legal terms written within the contract? What does it say specifically word for word? Failure to protect them from what? Where are NJ's facts and evidence? To this day NJ still have not provided any evidence that Ador did not protect them from whatever in their imaginations. 4. NJ's case is like all kpop cases (remember Fifty/Fifty?) where they have to file a lawsuit & provide evidence proving Ador has broken the Terms and Conditions of the contract. Just whining about it without providing a shred of evidence does not allow NJ to just unilaterally terminate contract. Termination of any contract requires both parties to agree to it. Their contracts are like all standard contracts for artists who are debuting. Why would their 1st contract be different or better than other artists when NJ have not proven their worth yet in the kpop industry at the time this contract is written up? Why would NJ's contract's terms and conditions be "unprecedented" and different from the rest? You however cannot wrap your head around the fact that it is NOT so simple for NJ to just make an announcement "we quit", walk away and not suffer from the legal backlash.
If it’s so easy, why are brands backing down when threatened with legal action? If they’re “free” why are they using ADOR’s resources? Y’all have more brain worms than RFK
None of us really know the truth at this stage. Therefore if you are a decent human being your default position should be to believe the victims when they say they have been mistreated, especially when they are doing so at great personal cost.

Tokkis will never ask for NJs to be responsible of their acts, because tokkis are FIRST AND FOREMOST fans of MHJ. MHJ is truly driving NJs brand to the ground in a petty war "If I can't have them, no one will." And those girls are soooo happy to follow her, so...
Some of those brands could be sued by ADOR... and those brands could sue NJs in return... no one is winning here... And I truly doubt those girls are working hard in their music... I bet they are just lazing around waiting for this to blow up...
The fact that all the brands are following NEWJEANS' IG account tells you that the branding deal is with Ador. The brands are following both accounts (NJ and JFF), because following the artist is part of the branding agreement. So to avoid any misunderstanding, the brands are following both accounts. Ador will sue the girls when they stop being profitable. The girls' branding contracts are under Ador, so Ador continues to earn the biggest percentage.
@@bqanto You said nothing of substance here 😩 I don't believe following IG accounts could be part of any agreement. I DO believe brands could ask for 5 posts every month in the social media of the artists, showing the artist wearing their brand, THAT could be part of an agreement. But following? NAH. Ador is telling NJs their contract is still valid. NJs have been the ones breaking it time after time. If Ador sue NJs it will be because NJs breached contract, not because "they stopped being profitable"
I wonder who their lawyers are.....dollar level shop legal advise
HYBE/ADOR lawyer/s is loving this
When is the court hearing? Wouldn’t that solve all this? Why keep delaying and keeping this in limbo.
They're not delaying, there're multiple cases before NWJNS so they get tried first
@ I mean, you can still push to set a court date regardless of how many trials there already are.
@@sushi0085 The court isn't there to keep observers occupied. This is how long justice takes. And everything that happens while the court date is pending is just further evidence to be presented.
@ This is a pretty big public case. No, justice doesn’t take this long. Heck, it only took me a month before I had to show up for my traffic violation in court. This is big case affecting all of kpop. You think they can’t expedite this? Get real.
There will be no hearing because neither party has sued the other. Ador has only asked a court to confirm the validity of the contract, this is something that will be done based on the documents, there is no need to listen to the parties.
Does NJ still lived of off everything ador provide?
@@maafremsayablong unfortunately, yes
We have to be aware, that all they are doing, it's about irritating ADOR and HYBE, and make ADOR to sue them. That will be the end of their contracts.
Until now, ADOR doesn't seem to allow the 5 fugitive idols to go to their mama, and to make her happy for making ADOR an empty shell.
We will see, what it will be.
Wait how did they drag omega into this?? Isn't omega that chose their ambassadors? Also this whole thing is just getting out of hand. No one and I mean NO ONE has any idea what's in their contract it is all speculation. Everything is and will have to be settled by the courts and it will take time. Is the contract they have with ADOR/Hybe online so people can read it? I'm just curious to see what it is written and what are the stipulations that are in the contract themselves.
@@ro-zeea.8734 bunnies believe that omega is against Hybe and choose Dani as their ambassador now that the girls are “independent” and as for the contract, Ador has taken it all to the court to give proof of the validity of the contract which had led them in filing a lawsuit against the girls. But the contract isn’t online (yet)
i mean we have some idea. you can read kg’s contract to get an idea of idol contracts as well
The watch brand that was contacted by manager A is Omega.
RIP NWJS
As MHJ said, Bunnies are brainless.
More worse than fiftyfifty or ablume.
Tell them to stop, think logically and provide evidence of their claims and they will get offended as their response would be :- "why is it wrong to feel sad? You are all lying and are biased. Our version of story is correct. 🥺"
It's all about fans (🤡) personal feelings, friend. Them and their interpretation and them living in their own delulu land. I pity Newjeans for having such parents and fans. You don't need enemies when you have such friends.
feel free to attack your own talent
Lol im new to K-pop I’ve never seen a fanbase that sides with the label lmao wtf
@@Dma118 ???
It's not about siding with a label. It's about people being intelligent enough to know that contracts can't be terminated without cause and legal justification. It's also about people not liking ungratefulness, and being against greedy plots that put the livelihood of hundreds of people at risk. These girls had no reason to go down this road, unless they were in league with MHJ from the beginning.
@@rosescrib i think they meant the CEO
Let the bunnies brag thinking that they’ve won. Time will determine the winner.
Una parte pequeña del Staff, si se fue, pero parece que igual , Ador no los quería, porque seguían involucrados con MHJ.
We don’t know that all of the original staff left. We don’t know how many people work there. We don’t know how many stayed. We don’t know a lot.
I think it's ilegal for NewJeans to post on their new independent Instagram account while still being under contract with Ador
The fact that all the brands are following NEWJEANS' IG account tells you that the branding deal is with Ador. I'm starting to believe they could win... 🤷🏻♀️
@@Arizzu_98 if they do, good for them. They’d finally be free to be with their mother
Go to the court and files a lawsuit first, than pray while waiting for the results.
its a dream outcome
Does the contract say that NJ can just make claims without proof that ADOR "fails to meet their end of the contract (example, by protecting them), and therefore they can terminate without injunction?" (I'm quoting you)
Where did you even cut & pasted this nonsensical "word salad" from?

Not when they support a criminal. You know the actual victim? The emp who was SA and mocked by MHJ. The guard who was scared, the illit manager.
