I remember the 1970s nostalgia craze, everything from comic strips to radio shows were revived. A local country music station was playing 2 episodes every night for a week of L&A and my mom introduced me to old time radio with L&A and from then on been a fan.

I grew up without a tv in my home, and my Mom would let us listen to Lum & Amber tapes. And my own kids even enjoyed them.
Use to work on old tractors on Sunday nights and listen to this all the time. Wish they would put it back on.
Thanks to all who post l
